Our mulberry tree was suffering from water and termite damage. Sergio and his team are very knowledgeable and really care about the health of the tree. They arrived promptly and thoroughly explained what needed to be done to help the tree. They worked quickly, did a great job, and cleared the wood away. I highly recommend them.

4 stars cause its got Bar B Q. If the coffee shops had Vanilla creamer the place would of got 5 stars. 3 coffee vendors and no creamer. Great little stops with great small gifts, highly priced but not overpriced terribly. Great place to get away for a meal and alone time with the sidekick around dusk. Great view from across the small bay of Downtown lights and buildings.

When I called Arturo for broken pool pump he was at my place in few hours, took care of the repair on the same day. I hope I don’t require repair of my pool pump again but if I have to I won’t hesitate to call Arturo

Arturo was very helpful when he came, he was polite and very professional and knows his trade, he came to look at our above ground pool and help with its condition even though usually it’s not his line of work.

Arturo answers his phone right away, he shows up on time and his prices are reasonable. Arturo did a great job fixing our pool pump.

Had an acid wash and complete retile of my pool it was performed fast and the finished product was great. Within one week of the work starting we were swimming in a newly face lifted pool!

ADDENDUM- a few tiles fell off in less then one year and now it has been two years and they will not come back to install 3 to 5 tiles (that were supposed to be under warranty) thus changing my rating (Aug 2022) Previously 5 starts now down to 3 stars

First of all .. he answers his phone !!! My pool was always green and icky .. The last pool guy just couldn’t figure out what to do and I couldn’t figure out why he kept telling me only my pool was green so when Arturo showed up he told me he needed to start up fee which was absolutely 100% worth it and very fair he showed up five days in a row clean my filters twice that week brushed the pool vacuumed the pool almost every day that week and my pool has never looked more gorgeous!!!! It’s refreshing and inviting to just jump in or lay on my raft in there the tile is even clean I’m totally thrilled and so happy that I found Arturo Alcapulco pool service !!! I would absolutely 100% recommend ALCAPULCO POOL CARE AND ARTURO !! believe me !!! Never been happier with any pool company !

I was in need to find a company to bi- yearly clean my Pentair pool filter. Arturo was very professional and timely in his responses.

I called Acapulco Pool Service because I needed a professional to help us get our pool back to clean clear water. Our pool had been sitting stagnant for 4 to 5 months with no motor and the water was dark green. When I called, I talked with Arturo. He was professional and he responded right away (we live in Tarzana). In less than an hour he was at my house! He gave me a good quote and I asked if he could get started right away. He had all the tools and everything he needed on his truck and within an hour he had our motor/pump installed and running. He is definitely an expert!! I can't say enough good things about Acapulco Pool Service and Arturo! If you need any kind of pool service, I give them my highest recommendation!

Arturo is a true professional. His fees may be more than other “pool guys” but you get better service and better maintenance. He is responsive and responsible. He is very knowledgeable and proactive! I chose Arturo based on his Google reviews, and I am happy I did. Arturo is reliable and knowledgeable. Showed up as promised on time. He was thorough, went through each step in diagnosing my issue, and got my pool pump primed and running which I was unable to do after 3 days of tinkering with it. He actually told me that he would charge nothing if he couldn’t get it working, and a reasonable service visit charge if he got it working. He also took time to answer my questions on pool maintenance. I think I appreciated the most was his willingness to stop by on the same day. I know that is not always possible but he made it work!

Arturo and his associate of Acapulco Pool Service, came to our home within two hours of our communication. I explained that the pool water was not circulating and that the pool was green. He diagnosed filter was not like working well. Sure enough, the filter was filled with gunk.after cleaning the filter and adjusting valves, the pool was immediately back to normal. Along with fast work, a fair price and very knowledgeable pool men, Acapulco will be my go to company. Great work, nice guys and fair price. Excellent service.

Our pool stopped priming and needed a new skimmer, pipes, etc and the team did an absolutely great job, exactly as promised. We have a lot of trees, so the repair was designed in a way that the roots would not get into the pipes. Our pool has never worked better.
