Unfortunately after me giving several chances, my experience was very poor with Octavio. He no showed two times when we had scheduled appointments and he also did not respond to messages. Very disappointing

The guys looked knowledgeable at the beginning but messed up a connection of an air blower as a result it got flooded with water and a brand new blower was destroyed ($300+$380 went to the trash). They are not responding now even though we had another contract for roughly $5000 coming up next...

Octavio responded immediately to my SOS. He came to our house at 8:30 at night on a Friday to help us with a pool pump problem, and he solved it! Thank you so much!

Do not use this service. This person convinced us to fire our current service and then never showed up to service the pool but he kept saying he was coming. As a result the pool was destroyed and then he tried to blame us.

This is the least professional company I have ever dealt with. I am filing formal complaints against this company in order to ensure they do not do this to others.

I was in need of a new pool service company for bi-annual filter cleaning. Octavio was professional at a fair price. He offered valuable tips to help me with my general pool cleaning as well. I appreciated how he washed down the area of the patio he was working at when the job was complete.

Octavio responded to my request to clean my Jacuzzi, communicated well and did a thorough job of draining and cleaning my Jacuzzi, including adding all new chemicals. I am pleased with his work.

I reached out to a bunch of pool services on Thumbtack and Octavio the owner of Salas Pools was the only one with a decent price and would be able to show up for my work pool emergency. He came when it was dark (it was very last min). He was very polite, funny, very nice conversation we had, and did an excellent job cleaning. Let me know couple parts should be replaced because they were old. Like I said, he came last minute didn’t overcharge me (like some “pros” quoted me), and a very honest businessman. I will definitely recommend him to my bosses and to anyone else.

Excellent service, I would highly recommend. They've been servicing my jacuzzi for over two years and it's been a great experience. They show up regularly, no issues, everything is perfect. They communicate as needed, to keep my updated on issues that need my attention, but they handle everything on their side without problems.

Octavio is fantastic. I've used his services several times and he's always on time, friendly, and very professional. Not only does he help clean the hot tub, he teaches me how to properly maintain it as well. I highly recommend!

Octavio made time in his schedule to come out after business hours to help diagnose our issue. He quickly and efficiently resolved our problem and charged a fair price. He's obviously knowledgeable in his field and I would definitely recommend his service.

I wish I had read these reviews as opposed to trusting Thumbtack rating. Service was fine for a while until recent. We had landscaping done in our backyard last month that resulted in dust and debris in our pool. When I asked to have the pool cleaned in depth, I was told a new motor would be necessary in order to increase suction for our filter to work properly to ultimately get the pool back to its former condition. I was quoted $1900 for parts + labor. I payed a $1000 deposit towards the job however the job was never completed. Weekly cleanings continued but dirt and debris was merely pushed around the pool for 3 weeks without being properly cleaned. I asked for a refund on the deposit since no work had been done on the aforementioned motor. Octavio went dark and did not respond to my concerns until I mentioned moving on to a different company. He claimed he would handle the job himself the next day but never showed. I have since moved to a different company that was able to not only clean the pool but fixed the suction sans any in depth repairs or parts for $300. Octavio has yet to refund the deposit. Poor communication should be expected when dealing with Octavio. I highly suggest avoiding this company.
