Relaxed Heating and Air

I had an AC issue, so I reached out to American Home Shield for assistance. They sent a tech, but on the scheduled day, no one showed up and the job was marked as complete. When I called, they claimed there was a scheduling glitch and apologized. Two days later, another technician arrived, saying the entire AC unit needed to be replaced and that paperwork would be submitted immediately. However, every day I followed up with them, they said diagnostics were being sent to my insurance company that day - but it took six days for them to actually send it. The problem was, their report listed missing parts that wouldn't apply to my system, and the insurance refused to cover it. A second technician came out and confirmed that everything was fine. Needless to say, I would not recommend using these people due to their poor communication and lack of accuracy in their reporting.

Terrible experience with this company. They showed up promptly but took an unacceptable amount of time to submit my work order - over a week. Despite my daily calls, all they could offer was excuses about waiting for approval, which never materialized. I was repeatedly misled by Jessica each time I spoke with her. Unprofessional and unreliable, I would strongly advise against using their services.
