We have the model home at a development in West Hills and have an air balance issue with the upstairs and downstairs and master bedroom. We had Mike come over and do an analysis of what can be done to rectify the issue. We had a very pleasant experience while he provided some outside the box thinking and very insightful solutions to our project.

Mike was awesome! As a real estate professional, it's important for me to have personal experience with vendors that I trust. He did a full system check for My personal residence, after I was having some allergy issues. I thought I might need my ducts cleaned and turns out I needed a new filter. He was honest and showed me how clean my ducts already were. He told me my system was in pretty good shape and how to continue to maintain it. He took pictures of what he did so that I could physically see what was completed. Extremely thorough. He also gave me a quote for adding an additional doc which seemed extremely reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

It was easy to set up the appointment and he showed up early. Throughout his visit, he clearly explained what he was doing and why. He cleaned up after himself.

Met the owner, Mike, after he responded to a Next Door post seeking an HVAC supplier. He offered a free inspection/maintenance call, and since we'd had an error message on our thermostat for quite some time, I was pleased he was able to schedule a time that was convenient for me within a few days (he was willing to come earlier but I was not available). He arrived ahead of schedule and went straight to work, first clarifying that his free introductory offer did not cover any diagnostic work. Fortunately, our error message was cleared with a simple system reset, so there was no charge. Mike was thorough and informative, talking through what he saw when he first reviewed the furnace in the attic and then the air conditioner on the roof. He laid out potential risks we may want to address without being heavy-handed (e.g., replacing a limit switch that may be faulty). He briefly described his ongoing maintenance services but again, not in a doom & gloom way, just very matter of fact, as he seemed the rest of the service call. He offered to provide quotes on a few services he suggested, so we could decide which we wanted to do. Mike seems very focused on his clients' satisfaction and seems eager to build his business through hard work, not gimmicks or upselling. This free inspection was a great way to experience his work firsthand without the question of whether it was worth the cost. And it worked for us, because we certainly expect to work with Mike again. If you need any service, I would highly recommend giving him a chance to earn your business.

Amazing service, super professional, very knowledgeable, and more importantly "HONEST" I would recommend Supreme to anyone who needs to have their HVAC system service or replaced. We are so glad we found Mike. He is professional, courteous, and punctual. He installed a Bosch heat pump system for us after listening carefully to us to figure out what we needed, and made some tweaks to our duct system to make everything run efficiently. There were no delays, he performed the work on the days he said he was going to. We love the system. Mike is knowledgeable about heat pumps and clearly passionate about it, too. When the system was unpacked he admired it like you would a nice new car. For us it was just an HVAC, but he saw a beautiful piece of engineering. I liked that. The system worked flawlessly to keep us cool during the heat wave and has been working great heating up the place now that it’s gotten colder. Yaay for Mike!

There are many HVAC companies out there which can come to your home and give you a quote to replace a system. However, there are only very few, if any, like Mike from Supreme Mechanical who will thoroughly analyze your system and truthfully tell you how to properly size the unit and ducts. He did the same for my house and he was completely professional, The installation process is very much equal to the brand you select. Mike explained everything in a clear manner and did not feel that there was upsell compared to other quotes I received from different companies. I will use him again for any other projects and regular maintenance of my newly installed HVAC.

Mike is an extremely knowledgeable, caring and a fantastic air conditioning technician. He thoroughly, meticulously, and expeditiously dissected the issues with my AC, installed a new circuit board, and discussed with me various options...none of which were the purchase of a new AC unit. He was courteous, compassionate, and went far above and beyond which I sincerely appreciated. I have had other AC repair people at my house who did not have the depth of knowledge and experience as Mike, and they tried to fast talk me into buying a new unit. Mike never discussed with me the need to buy a new unit and never tried to sell me something I didn't need. Mike has gained my trust and without hesitation I will be calling him for all AC issues going forward, and I will be recommending him to all my friends and family.

Supreme Mechanical did an excellent job replacing my old mini-split when it went on the fritz. Mike explained the process clearly and answered all my questions. Mike and Jose were punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The installation was smooth and they left my place spotless afterwards. I was especially impressed with their attention to detail and how Mike took the time to ensure everything was installed correctly and functioning properly.

The new system is working perfectly. It’s rare to find a company that combines great customer service with top-notch workmanship. I will definitely use them again for any future heating or cooling needs.

Mike was quick to respond, scheduled my appointment the next day, confirmed, notified and showed up on time. He had the parts on hand (capacitors) to get my unit back up and running. Did a thorough system check including adjusting the gas pressure, refrigerant levels and checking for carbon monoxide from the heater. He explained everything he was doing clearly, he obviously knows what he’s doing. His pricing is competitive and the service is excellent. I will definitely be referring him to my friends and family.

Update! I have a rental property in Canyon Country and the AC went out. It was only 90* today! These are great tenants and I wanted to get the AC working ASAP. Mike was able to come out the same day, diagnose the problem, pick up the part and have the AC running again later the same day. Thanks again Mike!

The best HVAC company I have ever worked with. I called on a Saturday night at 6 pm and Mike came to look at my AC which had stopped. He was able to do a fix to get tied me over. My 2007 AC needed replacing. So did the rest of my HVAC system in my attic from 1989. It had been limping along. Mike gave me great quotes and suggested I replace the ductwork since it was from 1989 and had been patched many times. So thankful I listened to Mike. The ducts were rotted and had holes we didn’t see. I was breathing in attic dust. Thanks to Mike i have great new systems and clean air. He was so responsive and so helpful.

I called Mike this morning and he made sure to fit me in as soon as he could. He kept in touch with me throughout the morning to let me know exactly what time he would be arriving at my place.
As soon as he walked in, he immediately put shoe covers on his shoes and carefully started examining the thermostat as well as the AC unit. Cleaned everything thoroughly, made sure it was working, and was on his way in under an hour. He explained to me the problem and how to prevent it.

We have a difficult set up with our unit on the roof. Mike was willing to figure out a way to work with us and had our unit up and running in no time. He thoroughly inspected each aspect of our unit as well to make sure there wasn't any other hitches we'd run into.
