I called City after 8pm last night when a pipe attached to my house outside burst from the top. Paul and his team were immediately responsive. He talked to me over the phone and explained the likely issue and fix. I even sent photos over for him to see right then. He gained my trust by telling me that it required a special part that he didn’t immediately have with him, and that he wouldn’t feel right about coming after hours for an emergency fee. After making sure I no longer had an active leak, he assured me he would be at my home first thing in the morning to fix the issue. He came earlier than he promised and fixed the issue right away. An extremely professional, polite, communicative, and informative company and service provider. They will be my Go-To from now on. Highly recommended.

This company is fantastic. We had a fairly involved project: replacement to our main sewer line. Our estimate was done with great attention to detail & showed the great knowledge that Paul has. Everthing: from communication, to scheduling, to the work itself was done with care and professionalism. This review is long over due as we had City Plumbing and Rooter out to our place about 4 months ago to unclog a drain. I had to be sure and give these guys 5 stars as they cleared our drain in record time and also uncovered other major plumbing issues in our yard. The crews work was impeccable. They replaced my line and left my yard looking just as it did before they started their work. I will be recommending City Plumbing & Rooter to all of my family and friends.
