I have a need for constant room temperature and my ac kept going off and on. He ordered the part and came to fix it the next day, which was his day off. This could've taken longer but he put a rush on it. He didn't have to do this but did it any way. He fixed a few issues that were unknown as well with the ac. He's awesome and I highly recommend him. It’s a shame that I could not give 0 stars. My home owners insurance company forces us to use their in network providers which happened to be this company. The tech came out and rushed through the assessment. He identified the problems and needs however stated that the parts and refrigerant for our AC unit are going to be hard to come by. He told us that he would be able to do the job but because they are “so busy” they wouldn’t be able to install for two weeks. He left with the plan being to submit his report to our company for authorization and installation. The next day, he marked the job as complete. When I called our insurance company they stated he could not complete the job until late next week due to “family emergency” and requested it be transferred to someone else. Which puts me back to square one... I am a mother with a small child. It is going to be 120 degrees next weekend. I need trustworthy and reliable service providers and with Dani’s you’re not going to get that. I would never recommend to a family member, friend or worst enemy.

Dani was very responsive on both occasions I had to call for problems with my AC. The first time he came to my home within 1 hour of getting the call, and the second time the very next day. On both occasions the outside temperature was over 100 degrees. I appreciate his quick response and resolution of my issues, the first time a faulty capacitor and the second time a plugged primary drain line.

Dani came to my rental property to diagnose and repair the ac system. It is a really old system but he was able to get it working again and took the time to check that it was operating properly.
