As always Joe comes to the rescue. AC went down in this crazy LA heat and he Joe was out the same day, and within 40min our AC was up and running. Fast, reliable and reasonable. FAVE STARS!

In July they charged me over $800 to put a new motor on my AC unit. The following February the motor died. Even though the manufacturer gives a warranty of 1 year, they will only give a warranty of 90 days. The guy lied several times when he was replacing the motor saying 90 days and that's it. I called up US Motors and they said the warranty was a year and they would only give me a refund if I took it back to the service company. Ace refused to send it back on my behalf. So that's $800 twice within a one year period. DON'T fall for their lies. Make them put the 1 year part warranty on the receipt.

We have a really old central system in our unit. Thankfully Ace appliance was able to figure out the issue and got it up and running the same day.

A couple of years ago, my 30-year-old AC finally died and I called Eugene to help me sort it out. He was fantastic. He diagnosed the issue to be microscopic leaks in the compressor unit and offered a few options to deal with it. Once we settled on the option he installed replaced the compressor unit and it now works very well. Eugene is very professional, fast and courteous. Can't recommend him enough.

Couldn’t recommend Joe’s services more!! Super efficient and well-priced. And they will not try to upsell you or quote a bigger job than needed. The new HVAC unit Joe installed for me has been working beautifully in the intense sun and heat of the Valley, at the most reasonable price point!

My AC was leaking water from ceiling and I was able to get same day service! The drain was cleaned and issue was fixed right away. I was grateful for his fast response. Will definitely use again & I highly recommend!!
