We have worked very succesfully with CAS-Building Specialist on several exterior renovations and common areas renovation. Their work is done professionally and in a timely manner to meet schedule completion deadlines.

CAS installed waterproofing for an HOA. They were tenacious on any punch items and leaks reported and fixed anything that was requested of them. You can not ask more from a company. They stood behind their subs and work during and after the entire construction process. This lead to us including them on our bid list for other projects.

I had the pleasure of working with Jesse and the team at CAS for a TI job for a customer. They were amazing. communication was great, they stuck to their timeline and did great work.

Jessi and his crew came by to fix and repair my building, after i had to let go a different contractor that did a lousy job. they came on ,time the crew was professional,and did a clean and efficient work.
I will highly recommend to hire Jessi and his crew for peace of mind and great performance.

They are very professional, timely on their projects and repairs, and fairly priced in todays competitive market. Got everything done as I was explained would be done, beautiful results. Jesse been on track and honest about his work. Our project was quite large with the removal or the whole upper deck loading dock and he got it done a the most reasonable price. He knows his waterproofing and more.

It is a condo minimum project which is 50 years old in Hancock park area of Los Angeles they did a splendid job up and kept the schedule on time and costs totally professional. I am retired hotel executive who have had the pleasure of opening some great hotels throughout the United States and very impressed with all their personnel . Now we are going through a checklist and the owner is involved to ensure the quality control of the project.

I have an exquisite condo in what was a rather disappointing building. The building has 100 units. Not easy to please most and certainly not all.
Nevertheless CAS appears to have done the impossible.
I am delighted that I now have a wonderful condo in a super building. And CAS was a major contributor to this transformation.
