The manager is Carl and this man is rude, disrespectful and arrogant . I can't imagine using Allstate Building & Maintenance or ever referring them to anyone.. Horrible experience..

Continues to solicit by phone using an automatic dialer, calling our hotline for suicidal and endangered children, despite that we are listed on the don not call registry.

Do yourself a favor. Buy a vacuum, window cleaner, bathroom cleaning supplies and trash-bags. It will be cheaper and you won't have to deal with their non existent customer service.

Recieved greater services in detailed cleaning and advice. I was given allot of safty cleaning, and well maintained upkeep. Super service in CDC cleaning. They seem to specialize in CDC.

Suprised to note that Allstate was able to do CDC in sanitizing. They did it like a hospital and steamed all surfaces as well. Staff felt clean coming into work.

If it was possible to leave no stars I would have chosen that option.

Allstate has been my janitorial company for 5 years and they've been awesome at customer service. Every time I call in for request, they handle it right away. Maria cretin is awesome, she comes to check at my account every month.

Run as far away as you can from this company. The billing is horrible, they don't show up when they are supposed to or fail to show up at all. Mostly though it's the billing. Good luck getting a bill and when you do it will be three to four months after they've supposedly "provided you" with the services. If you even attempt to ask them to prove they showed up they won't respond and instead will continue to leave bizarre (and I mean bizarre) messages like, "we're filing a court claim against you tomorrow unless you pay in full today!" I mean, freaks, horrible service, scammers.

Run.

The biggest joke of a company I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I don't have to say much given all these other TERRIBLE experiences. I just wish i had read these reviews before we hired this company. Now we are going to small claims court with them on BOGUS charges. These people rob their customers. This company shouldn't even be around anymore due to they have ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! The fact that they make you sign a contract is already a bad sign....they do that because they are a LAZY team who cannot handle big clients...they would rather take you to court than JUST FIXING THE PROBLEM! I cannot stress enough to say AVOID, AVOID, AVOID....and if you don't i hate to say i told you so. Your better off hiring a crew of monkeys to clean your business. Unprofessional,rude,lazy,crooks...these are just a few words that come to mind when i think Allstate Maintenance

Think REALLY REALLY HARD about hiring Allstate. You will have to deal with no shows and sub-standard cleaning. Office never calls you back or takes days to return a call. They say we still have a balance but NO ONE has come to clean for months!!!

These people came by our office once for cleaning and decided they could get away with never coming back and claiming they did. After 2 months of not another cleaning we canceled and even paid the Balance! 5 Months later we get a notice of small claims court. They brought in some old guy who claimed to be the one cleaning our office for months. He couldn't even tell us what our office looked like. The court found in our favor. By the way, AllState had 3 cases that same day. Don't use them unless you like going to collections and to court! We won in court by bringing plenty of witnesses!

This company has no employees. They sub-contract the work once you sign up. Their cleaning was poor. There is very little supervision.The final straw was watching their sub spend 12 minutes cleaning our business on camera. Had to have deep clean before the new service could take over. Dust, built up dirt around the doorways and carpet edges. Avoid! Just move on!

I heard about Allstate from a close friend of mine several years ago. I decided to go with them because I really liked Anthony and his approach to my company. You see Allstate is a family run company. So is my company and I'm the son of parents who each had their own companies. So I place great value in this. Almost 5 years has gone by now and I couldn't think about using another company. They do an excellent job cleaning my 6K square foot gym. If I ever have an issue they go above and beyond to fix it as soon as possible. Anthony is on top of everything I need. I feel like they are more then just "my cleaning crew" I know all their names. They are my friends. I respect them and they respect me and our relationship has blossomed over the years. That's why I prefer family runned companies. Because you become a part of each other's family. Look no further when finding your crew. In a world run by large corporations family run is always the way to go. Give these guys a shot, be patient, and communicate. You will be extremely greatful that you did.

We are very pleased with our cleaning co. Allstate, starting with Stephanie and her customer service, Pam gets the job done as listens to any concerns and sends the best person for the job. Jorge is the man when you want the job done right!!! he goes above and beyond his job. Thank you guys for the excellent service you provide for us.

Allstate has been cleaning my office 3 days a week since 2018. They are always very reliable and consistent. My cleaners even came to clean during the worst day of Hurricane Hillary which I was very grateful for since the roads were so flooded. Our office had minor flooding from the storm so I emailed Pam to request an emergency carpet shampoo. She responded right away and had a technician perform the shampoo the same day. I highly recommend this company. Great cleaners and caring customer service staff!
