Getting this company turned out be the worst decision for our pool. They damaged our tiles: completely stripped multiple tiles till bare porcelain white spots. Beware, the owner does not have a contractor license, limiting your options to recover damages. The owner smelled and looked like homeless. He had few teenagers helping him. Owner was trying to blame everything on our tiles calling them old. Our pool is only 7 years old, and we had the cleaning done before without any problem. We had to replace over 30 damaged tiles hiring another licensed company and accounting a large expense. Don’t let positive reviews to mislead you, avoid getting into the disaster with this company.

New Look Pool Tile cleaning did a great job cleaning the tile and stone wall in our pool. The painstaking cleaning took years off the look of the pool, returning it to its new look. Craig took care with our property and even put up orange cones to warn pedestrians of hoses crossing the sidewalk in front of our home. Highly recommended!

I had my pool tile cleaned last week by New Look Pool Tile Cleaning/Craig. My pool tile hadn’t been cleaned in years and Craig has it looking new again. He does such a great job and really takes pride in making sure his customers are completed satisfied. He even called me a few days later to check on my pool. Great company!! I will definitely be calling them again, when it’s time to get my tile cleaned again.

I rarely leave reviews, but Craig and his son were a total pleasure to work with, and we would gladly have them back. We just bought our house, and the old pool is pretty big and hadn't been touched since the 80s. I was worried about getting a quote because the calcium build-up was bad. We're also in Woodland Hills and most companies up-charge by zip code. Not Craig, he came in at a great price with a smile on his face and cleaned it right up.

Our pool is back to its former glory. Highly recommend.

Craig and his son did an amazing job restoring our blue glass tile to its original sparkle. The calcium was completely removed, and to my surprise the grout looks new again too. I’m so happy we hired them!

Good service! This company is great they are miracle workers. My dog threw up all over our rug, and they somehow were able to get the stains out! The crew is super professional and courteous, and they got everything done in a timely manner. I highly recommend them. They also once cleaned our hardwood floors which are oak and very hard to clean. They did an amazing job there too!

I have asked them to remove red stains on my ottoman. I know chemdry some years ago. I know their system. They use iron and some special chemical to remove red stains. I talked to a lady on the phone to make sure they will use that system. She confirmed two times that technician will use iron. I have also requested technician to test my fabric somewhere invisible to eye. But when the technician come he didn’t know about that. It is ok if you don’t use that system but you should not give me wrong information. Technician said he can not promise any result which l understand. He was going to start cleaning without testing. I have asked test the fabric first. He was going to test it right top on the ottoman instead of under the skirt where it is not visible. Most companies don’t charge if they are not able to remove the stain. But he said they will charge even if he can’t remove the stain. He could not remove the stain.

The gentleman that showed up to my house were professional, polite, and very hard-working! They worked miracles on this carpet. It almost doesn’t even look like the same color. I wish I had taken some before and Afters. Truly a great and easy experience all the way around.

Best carpet cleaning service we have used. We prefer Chen Dry to others, and this company did fantastic work! We have moved in and the stairs were filthy and they are like new today! Our dining room chair fabric is like new and we trusted them to take our area rug to clean off site. We will use their service again!

2 men arrived within the hour scheduled and did a good job. They covered floors downstairs and protected corners from possible damage. Cleaned up after themselves too.

There was a stain that the last carpet cleaner told me they couldn’t get out, I think it was oil based. It is no longer there. Cesar was detail oriented and made sure that he didn’t leave until everything was looking good and that I was satisfied . I most certainly am!

Chem-Dry Carpet Tech did a great job. There were some dark wear spots that had not been cleaned in a long time that I was concerned would not come out, but they were able to get it done. The guys that came out were great, got the job done quickly and to my liking.
