KellyKooling did an excellent job installing a brand-new heat pump in our house. They planned the job carefully and even came back for a second visit prior to the install to ascertain the electrical work to be done. All the work was essentially completed in three days, which involved removing the old equipment, testing the copper tubing for any leaks, and installing and testing the new equipment. Throughout the job, the staff was very friendly and careful of our property. We would certainly repeat with them should the need arise!

Armando was fast, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. He came to tuneup our heater and also helped us with the thermostat. Will use them again. Highly recommend them.

I would like to convey our experience to anyone who is considering or needing A/C service in Woodland, Ca.or the surrounding area. Our A/C unit went down recently. The unit worked, but it stopped cooling. My wife has a medical condition and the 92 degree heat in the home caused her some respiratory distress. We needed help! My a/c went down late afternoon on a 110+ degree day. I called at about 5 PM and by 7:30 PM I was repaired. Tech said his last call was for midnight. Who does that?! I had called a local major name company first. “No techs after hours except on weekends.” (There was no after hours fee on my invoice either.) I am a satisfied customer and have their business card posted with people I would call again.

Gus is a prompt and knowledgeable technician, he conducted a standard tune-up, noticed a component that needed replacing and had the part on hand.
