Zack went the “extra mile” to clear our drain on an after hours Friday Night! Dude was communicative, professional and personable at the end of what Im sure was a long day, and most of all fixed the challenge at a very fair price without a hard upsell, just honest facts about my options-AI can’t do all that!

We’ve used Hall’s for over 30 years, and they are always on top of things, from the estimate to timing, to all work processes and finally, the permit. We lost hot water late one evening, and a day and a half later, the new water heater was installed and we had received the permit! For the past couple projects we’ve had Eric, who is so professional and knowledgeable. We’ll continue to use Hall’s forever!
