Ivan Rosas was responsible and responded immediately, when I called to address our air conditioning unit. He did relay to my husband and I what possibilities were available in the coming months should the air conditioning unit stop cooling and stated he would be out in August in about 2 weeks to service the air conditioning unit again. Today he fixed the problem immediately.
