Down right horrible services.

I was very impressed by the job this crew did! They were there early and they worked nonstop. I did not think we would ever get our place in shape to sell and they did it all in one day! Really above and beyond service very satisfied highly highly recommend !

I was in search for a good reliable cleaning company who would tidy and clean up the place before we moved into our new home. I found ideal professional janitorial services and they did not disappoint! They did such an amazing job and I am thrilled with the results! Would definitely use them again as I have been in contact with the business owner to schedule another cleaning service! Thank you for the amazing work! Loved the staff and team for doing such an amazing job! Could not be happier!

Would not use for Large commercial work. Requested a rep to come out and give a quote for 15,000 ft.² of VCT and tile work. The rep stated they were on site but they were at the wrong building. I went out to the parking lot and waited for 20 minutes for him to come to the right building (only 300 yards to the west and within eyesight).

Then was told by the receptionist that he had an emergency and he had to leave. The receptionist then called back hours later and asked if we would like to reschedule, but the receptionist didn’t have a time that could be rescheduled to. She stated she would call back with a time. They never called back to reschedule. Obviously they focus on residential work.

I recently moved into my home and wanted to get a good cleaning and decided to hire a service versus doing it myself. I am so happy I used Ideal ! The technician they sent out was AMAZING!! Katie was personable, professional, and meticulous. The showers /tubs in the home seemed to have never been cleaned by the previous occupants, and Katie brought the tubs back to life ! A decade of scum and gunk were all gone thanks to all her hard work ! She made the rest of the house equally clean and beautiful and paid attention to all those details we often forget. . My house now feels so clean and is sparkling!

Worst service provided.
Miscommunication from their part & cleaning service was not completed even after full payment. Maria couldn’t finish her job. I gave them exact square feet size of the house, how many bed & bathroom needs to be cleaned. They said that there will be 2 people coming to clean the house. Zoe even asked me how much do I pay to my cleaning ladies & how many people come. I told her what I paid to my previous 2 ladies who comes to my home.i agreed to pay more money to them & decided 1st home cleaning for $240 for 2 people comes to clean house for 4 hours. Even after paying $240.00 Maria was able to clean Upstairs & Kitchen only . Downstairs is not cleaned . One person 5.5 hours as 30 min wasted discussing if she stay or leave. When Maria came alone, I called the service people & verify with them. Even I questioned them if she can manage it by herself & if she would complete her job as I was in full of doubt that she will complete her job. That’s what happened. Zoe called me & arguing that it is hourly charge. I told her that Maria can go as I am not paying any extra money. I had to cancel my afternoon plan to begin with as only single person showed up. Also it was hard to communicate with her as she only spoke Spanish.I am extremely unhappy as even after paying $240.0” + tip to her my house is not cleaned. Such a waste of my time money & energy. This is my 1st time trying any professional services & worst experience. NEVER EVER AGAIN HIRING THEM.

Today I used Ideal for the 1st time. I wanted a deep cleaning of just my kitchen and 2 1/2 bathes. The crew arrived about 45 minutes after the start time, but proactively called & text that they were running late. They cleaned all that I requested and I am happy with their work. I will use them again. I recommend being as detailed as possible when scheduling. I requested green products be used on my bathroom travertine after they arrived which affected their work time & type products they brought ( they used some of my mine). Now I know to make this request at time of booking.

Not only did they help me with a move out clean, They also offer maintenance cleaning services.

Whether it’s a team of three cleaners, or just one, Ideal is able to thoroughly and efficiently clean. What impressed me the most was that they took extensive before and after photos, which they uploaded on the cloud that I was able to easily see.

I have already recommended them to a few of my neighbors and friends.

Hermila did an amazing job! She arrived early and was so kind! I struggle with ADHD and depression so cleaning the house is a hard task that keeps intensifying every week. This is the first time I’ve hired a cleaning service and she did such a great job and tackled everything so efficiently! It is such a relief having my house nice and clean! 🫶🏼

Claudia and her crew did a fine job of making our condo sparkle for resale. Some areas needed serious attention and they got it.

Not satisfied with service. Asked for a deep cleaning and mentioned I needed a carpet shampooing to eliminate pet odors. I figured the reason why they charged their price was because the charge for carpet cleaning/ shampooing was added on there. Had to have another cleaning company come and complete the job.

100% worth the money. House is spotless after a full gut remodel. They do a walk through with you before you leave to ensure you are happy

Even with a having a hiccup in the beginning of my experience. The end result was exactly what I was looking for. If you are looking for my satisfaction to be complete, you absolutely hit the mark. The juice was worth the squeeze.
