I signed up 2 weeks ago for weekly pool services and I cant be happier with the service. They keep my pool clean and are affordable for our family.

I called Jeff and Diana's pool service to come out, my pool and spa lights were out and when others told me it was the light, Jeff figured out it was a short in the wire and he fixed it.

Jeff was clear & to the point.
He came out right away & got my pool in order. I would definately call them again if I have anymore problems.

My pump was turning off and on uncontrollably and when these guys came out they programmed my pool's automation system and now everything works perfectly. Everything is working fine and I am saving money on my monthly electricity bill.

Service was exceptional. Jeff knows what great customer service really means. Would recommend to anyone needing pool repairs.

Poor quality and always rushed, though friendly father-son team, they were rough on my equipment (used a rubber mallet to pound the filter lid on, previous 2 techs never needed to do that in 10 years of service), and would open the filter without backflushing to let the DE run everywhere causing soil to wash away under the filter (concrete) pad which tilted it, making the system crooked.
I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

This guy is a complete idiot. I hired him to clean my pool filter. He took the filter apart, hosed all the DTE down my backyard drains, left the filter for me to reassemble because the O ring needed to be replaced. I paid him $85 and I still had to get my hand dirty, as if I cleaned the filter myself. He took off my spa aerator and placed it on my salt water chlorinator flow switch cord and damaged it. I had to cut and splice that cord and am having someone come out tomorrow to clear the DTE out of my backyard drains. Be warned!

Jeff and Sean replaced my 15 year old pool equipment with brand new equipment in a timely manner. They were professional and left my property cleaner than when they arrived. They removed all of the old equipment in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company!

Jeff was very persistent with our problem. Absolute tried everything to get my equipment functioning and was able to fix the issue! He went above and beyond to provide a stop gap solution until the manufacturer provided the parts to really fix my pump. Thank you Jeff!

Great job! The weekly pool service is reliable they show up every week without fail not like other guys who just stop showing up. Always very friendly and courteous. They love dogs no worries about them being careless and letting your dog out. It's important to trust the people working at your home when your not there and I definitely trust Jeff and Diana's pool service.
