I called Ben the end of December 2022 to help me, help my mom. I live in Nevada and I don’t get to Cali too often. My mom has been placing her wet laundry on a wooden clothes rack and waiting hours for her laundry to dry. I called Ben in the morning and he was prompt to help, honest, and just a really nice person. I recommend his services to anyone who needs them.

Benjamin was awesome called him in the morning he gave me a time frame of 11-1 and was at my home before 12. Diagnosis and repair took about an hour worked quick clean and was able to not only fix my dryer but helped save me money on the parts as well! And to top it all off he vacuumed the lint up inside as it's a fire hazzard. All for a great price, highly recommend

My washing machine wasn’t spinning, prompting me to call Intown Appliance Repair Yucaipa for appliance repair. The technician showed up on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable. found out that the drive belt was broken. He replaced the belt and the machine ran smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I was so annoyed at my dishwasher recently. It wasn’t washing our dishes efficiently. Pieces of leftovers and even oil were left behind on the plates even if we didn’t change any of the settings. My husband started looking for an appliance repair home service and found them. We called them in, and the serviceman arrived on the time we specified. He fixed our dishwasher masterfully. He really knew what he was doing. Our dishwasher is now finally doing its job!

Edgar F. and his apprentice Valentin were GREAT!!! Edgar responded almost immediately to my initial call. He was at our home within a couple of hours. He assessed the situation, ordered the repair parts and was back in our home doing the repair well within 24 hours. My husband and I could not be more pleased.
