All of the workers including Adolfo, Brendan, Danny ,Cesar ,Juan were very very professional, on time ,had AWESOME positive energy they did excellent excellent work I loved every single second that the men were here. They made me feel valued, appreciated,I didn’t get on their nerves asking questions . I did my best trying to make their needs met by giving them water, , and letting them use the restroom and providing and letting them use the restroom ,and providing a workspace for them, etc,and I was also very kind to them as well. One of my favorite parts was their positive energy. They brought while doing the work, and I absolutely loved seeing the men laugh together and hearing Danny and Cesar laugh and sing! I would definitely recommend ServePro to anyone!

I worked with ServPro Team Jeff Pagett to restore my flooring after a slab leak and Josiah Yanez was my assigned Project Manager. Josiah was extremely responsive and always returned my calls and texts within the same day and often times within the same hour. At 4:00 a.m. on December 24, 2025, my dog woke me to the sound of dripping in the foyer of my 4,000-square-foot home. What started as a water spot the size of a quarter on the ceiling quickly became a serious concern.

Pure Insurance immediately dispatched Jeff and his team — a hands-on operation led by Jeff himself, not just an investor-run franchise. Despite heavy downpours, they arrived on Christmas Eve and tarped my roof. They were kind, professional, and incredibly hardworking. My anxiety disappeared the moment they assured me, “We’ve got this.” They even returned multiple times — including Christmas Day — to check on the tarp and ensure everything was secure. The water damage was fully mitigated.

Within four days, they removed insulation, cleaned the foyer, and set up industrial fans and dehumidifiers to prevent mold.

By January 5th, the space was completely restored: new drywall, insulation, fresh paint, updated door hardware, and all furniture carefully replaced. Honestly, it looked better than before. Jeff (owner), Juan, Victor, Brad, James, and the entire team were exceptional.

As a former EVP at a Fortune 200 company, I can say this level of service and quality is rare. I’m incredibly grateful to this team and thankful Pure Insurance connected me with what I consider the premier firm in California for this work.

With barriers from city to safety to approvals, they were there every step to make our projects easier on us! We did a 2 full bathroom remodel replacing a fiberglass tub for tiled shower, partition wall tear down and restructure, and multiple rooms of paint. They also installed fans, hallway lighting, and vented out the bathroom fans. Everything was completed as proposed. They took care of procuring materials. Any concerns or modifications were handled with care. I would recommend them for any size project. I believe they are reasonably priced for the quality work they do. I intend on using them again for my kitchen remodel next.

Francisco, is AMAZING! He is an expert in back yard renovations. He save me a lot of money by knowing it all, gas line to the BBQ to electrical to leveling the pavers and the system that is used to have a great finish. Here are some pictures. Stay tuned for the finish of the project.

We have used Francisco and his company for multiple homes and have referred him to all our family and friends. Francisco always ensures the work is done right and proactively fixes any issues he finds. His pricing is very fair and usually below competitive estimates, but his work is superior. We have remodeled entire homes, redone kitchens, roofing, flooring, bathrooms, you name it, we will always use Francisco. We always know we can count on great work, and a great price. 7 or 8 of our friends and family have used his company as well and they have all been ecstatic about the results!

Francisco and his team genuinely are great people and even better at their respective craft. I originally hired a different company that put us through hell and back. A 4 month project took over 10 months with the original company I chose. Thus not only costing me money but tons of non-needed stress. Francisco and his team, were able to identify problems that the previous contractor caused. Also we were able to completely finish my project within 45 days. I wish I would have gone with Francisco from the start, his pricing is extremely competitive and he walks you through and communicates everything he is doing or will do. He also has an architectural team to help you with your blueprints and plan approval.

HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND FC GENERAL CONSTRUCTION

Went into carpet station on a Saturday morning and was given a few samples to see in the lighting in our home. We had an appointment a week later for measurements of our space, Greg was very professional and we received our quote the following Monday and set the date for the following week. All in all very painless process, our entire downstairs was done in a day and a half with new baseboards as well. Would definitely recommend Carpet Station!

Solid work from the time they started until they finished, I gotta give it up to the Construction Stations workers as they are skilled construction workers.

They great job remodeling my kitchen, laundry room and master bathroom. JP was amazing.
