Been using Sunshine for several years now for all of our cleaning needs. They get carpets the cleanest I've ever seen and pricing is more than fair. They also do janitorial and other cleaning services. These folks don't miss a detail. I'll be using them regularly and referring them as much as I can. PS they can get rid of most stinky carpet/apartment smells and even stains!!!

Very conscientious about the safety of my pets while windows and doors were open.

We emailed pictures for a quote to remove 2-year old tape residue from walls, windows, and floors. They responded quickly, did a site visit that same day, and provided an estimate the next day. They were very accommodating and willing to reschedule to an earlier day/time to fit our deadline. When they were done they walked us through to see the finished product. Not only was the residue removed, everything was very clean and looked better than we expected!

We had our house cleaned today as well as our windows. The house looks great and having the windows cleaned made the house look so much brighter, it was so worth it. Jesse and his team were great. They worked hard, and we appreciated all their efforts.

Removing 10+ yr old stains from a white Berber carpet sounds almost impossible. Sunshine was miraculously able to remove various stains in my grandparents carpet. The quality of work is something you just can’t find these days.

I am SO IMPRESSED with Sunshine Janitorial Service! We are preparing to put our home on the market and I needed a deep clean. The Sunshine team was quick to respond, and I worked with Scarlett and Jesse over the phone to set up an estimate visit. We have two small children and a dog who sheds profusely and two adults who work full time. The house had some serious cleaning needs, especially in high traffic areas. Jesse got me a quote, we set a time, and the team showed up this morning and hit the ground running. I believe we had a team of 6 and they had their work cut out for them. Toilets, showers, windows, floors, walls...you name it, it needed a scrub. They did a STUNNING job at a fantastic pace. The thing that impressed me the most was the energy they brought with them. We've been so stressed and busy prepping for selling the house, and the Sunshine team arrived like, well, sunshine! Smiling, cheerful, laughing, and joking, we were soon rocking out to 80s hits and the house transformed before my eyes. So much of my stress melted away! They were also extremely kind and friendly with our dog who is big, nosy, and playful. She got lots of pets and praises and was sad to see them go.
