Dave, the owner of Coldren Cleaning, and his crew did an outstanding job. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and extremely thorough. You can tell they take pride in their work—the attention to detail really stood out. They made the entire process easy and stress-free, and the results exceeded my expectations. It’s not always easy to find a reliable cleaning company, but Dave and his team delivered on every level. I highly recommend Coldren Cleaning to anyone looking for quality home cleaning services. I will definitely be using them again.

What do you do when your tenant leaves in the middle of the night?
Call Coldren's cleaning crew!
In the past I've used one of the well known apps(services) to have someone come in and do a move in cleaning. Each time disappointed when the person shows up with barely a handful of cleaning supplies.
When you talk to the Coldren team about a Move Out cleaning the review with you all the details they cover and you can tell they know what getting a rental ready will take. This confidence increased when the team arrived and started to unload professional cleaning tools and cleaning supplies. It was a team not a single person picking up a one time cleaning job. They spent a few hours cleaning and getting it ready for the final inspection. During the final walk through I only found a couple small things and was surprised they were able to clean a couple items i thought to be uncleanable.
I hope I dont have a lot of tenant turn over and have to use them often but when i need the next Move Out\In cleaning it will be Coldren's

Horrendous. Paid $400 to deep clean a house before moving in and they cleaned nothing but one bathroom. Everything else was completely untouched. Total scam. Avoid at all costs.
Edit: Not only did they completely scam me and ignore the 1 star review for over a month, when they do reply its about a different customer. Not only do they run a bad cleaning operation, its not even organized.
