I have used Carpet tech Cleaning many times and have always had excellent service. Randy is the owner and cleaner, and he is the only one who cleans the carpets. His wife makes the appointments and she is always very nice and responsive on the phone. They make a great team!

I’ve used Carpet tech cleaning specialist for about a year now maybe a year and a half. Very happy with the work that they’ve done in my home. I have pets so he’s worked especially hard to help get the pet stains and smells out of my home. My home looks amazing after having the carpet furniture and rags cleaned. I highly recommend this company. Five stars for sure!!!!

Carpet Tech cleaned two area rugs for me this weekend and they did a fabulous job! With three dogs, our den rug was pretty dirty but now it looks good as new! I will definitely use their service again. Thanks, Randy!

Had a great experience! The staff is incredibly friendly and the tech did a great job on our couch. We have a toddler and it was well needed. Pricing is reasonable. We will definitely use them again next time.

Carpet Tech is the business you are looking for if you need to have a pro clean your carpets. We have 2 boys and 4 pets, we have been spot cleaning our own carpet for 12 years. The service and experience we received was how you want a process like this to be. I sent a request for a quote on a Sunday of a holiday weekend, intending to get a call back on Monday morning. Much to my surprise, I was called in about 10 minuets, and arrangements were made for a quick stop to get a quote the following week, Randy arrived on time walked the job with my wife and gave us a quote and a date when he could return and complete the work. He was prompt, polite and very knowledgeable. Communication was excellent with his wife relaying updates and reminders on the scheduled appointment, via text which was perfect for us. Randy arrived on time and went to work, he even pivoted and cleaned an additional room for a very small additional cost. The results are nothing short of amazing, all the pet stains and odor are gone and have remained gone, nothing came back after the carpets dried and now I am left wondering why we waited so long to have this done. Last but not least, I have to mention that the pricing for this service is so much more reasonable then I had imagined, its worth every penny. Randy is such a great tech! He has cleaned our carpet and tile forever it seems! His wife, LeAnn is so friendly and easy to schedule with! They are both very upbeat yet professional! We love our sparkling clean floors which Randy cleaned just yesterday!! It is great to have this company to depend on and an extremely good value!

We do RVs and they always make room to fit us in the schedule. I cannot believe how they come out like brand new. Randy is a joy to work with and so is the office staff.

I just had Carpet Tech Cleaning Specialists clean 5 area rugs. My wife insisted we clean all the rugs. When Randy started on one I didn’t think was bad it literally was like night and day. Just the daily dust and dirt that floats in the air made the rugs look darker. I just didn’t see it until he took the first swipe. He worked in some stubborn stains and got them out. Leanne was able to schedule me quickly and the work was done quickly but thoroughly. Randy did a fantastic job! They are priced well. I will be calling them back to clean my upholstery jobs too! Randy is friendly and quoted me exactly what I paid. Thanks!!

Randy is one of the hardest working guys I know the carpet we had was what appeared to be black and now has a color to it. He doesn't tell you square footage this treatment that do this do that. He just gets it as clean as it can possibly be done. a great job I'm very satisfied with his work been using him for 20 years
