He gave me a quick tip which took me all of ten min's. It worked fine after I did what he recommended. I now have a happy wife and that means a happy life. I called Ameri-Climate because of the positive reviews on Google. I called on Friday afternoon, on the fourth day of 110 degree temperatures. My 15 year old central air conditioner stopped working. I left a message, knowing that this must be the busiest day. JOE called me back within a half hour, saying that he was on 2 other jobs, but would come after. He called me 2 hours (@6:30 pm on a Friday night!)
later to inform me that the other jobs were 'easy fixes', and came within the next 15 minutes. He arrived on time, and diagnosed my problem immediately, and charged me almost nothing! He also explained to me exactly what caused the problem.

Joe is the most honest person that I think I have ever dealt with. I am so happy with his immediate and (refreshingly honest!) service, that I will ALWAYS call him again and refer him to all of my homeowner friends!
