I am extremely pleased with the service I received. I attempted a DIY plumbing project which didn't go so well and had to shut off water to the entire house, needless to say I needed a professional ASAP. I tried a few local plumbers but they either didn't answer or they were booked for a week. I called Full Spectrum and they not only answered right away but they had their technician Kyle call me back within 5 mins. He was very polite and told me he would be there to help me out when he finished with his current job. He called when he was on his way & I feel that he went above and beyond to repair my mistake. I am so impressed with the customer service, the quality of work and the reasonable prices of this company that I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends and family. I am very pleased with the service Full Spectrum Plumbing provided for us! They are very responsive. I called on a Wednesday and they were able to send a technician out the very next day. The technician texted when he was on his way and was right on time. He was super friendly and helpful, diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. He also cleaned up after himself! Price was great, no hassling or trying to sell services that weren’t needed. We will definitely use Full Spectrum Plumbing for all our plumbing needs!
