Robert was amazing and walked me through the whole process from start to finish and came prepared with the material, equipment and a plan of attack. I would highly recommend Robert @RDL for any and all HVAC needs.

My AC compressor kept turning off and my home warranty sent out 3 people who said it was fine or just said I needed to buy a whole new unit that was larger. Last night I contacted Rob and he came out first thing this morning and fixed it in 20 mins. From now on I'll skip the home warranty and call RDL for anything. Experience shows! Thanks Rob.

RDL - installed my unit and has been maintaining it for as long I can remember! There was a year I had this home warranty so Robert was not under it! As soon as it expired I called Robert!! He is knowledgeable and very helpful in keeping it running and cooling my home! Prices are great on a retirement budget!

I hired RDL to replace a 5 ton unit in my home. RDL service level was fantastic, they didn't sell me on anything like the other companies and quotes I received. The owner was transparent, flexible and had very competitive pricing.

A few days ago, our AC started making a strange rattling noise, so I called Reliable Degree HVAC Repair in Yucaipa. The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed a worn-out fan motor, and explained the part within an hour, and the unit is running quietly and cool again. It felt good knowing it was fixed without any guesswork or unnecessary upselling.

They were so efficient came out and help me with an issue in the attic and then changed the toilet and shower to accommodate someone I’m caring for. Highly recommend them you won’t be disappointed

I purchased a new AC/Heater from Derek from Ascent Mechanical 5 years ago and have been very satisfied with the unit. A few months ago, I had an issue with the heater and called Derek who came out and found that is was a small part that only needed cleaning. He said it was covered under warranty so, there was no charge. Last night, the AC stopped blowing cold air so, I called Derek the next morning and by mid day, Derek showed up and discovered it was only a capacitor which was also covered under warranty. Since it was a weekend job, I paid an after hours charge and also labor which I was happy to pay on this 106 degree day. I trust and recommend this company and will only call them for all future heating and AC issues.

They definitely made a bad time better! My air conditioning unit went out. They were able to put a new one in very quickly within 2 days. At a very fair price. And get it financed for me with a payment I could do. Very knowledgeable. Very clean. And very kind. I would highly recommend them.

Amazing, small business, with incredible customer service. After years of service, with no issues found, I received a staggering estimate for repair on my heater from my usual HVAC company. I decided it was time to maybe start looking elsewhere. The company has apparently gotten too big, and lost sight of what the founders vision was.

Ascent was the only company willing to come by and take a peek, without charging me another service call (I had already paid the other for the heater service). His 'peek' confirmed what I suspected, and had also been suggested by a friend in the industry. The necessary work was not as involved as was initially stated to me, thus not as expensive. Ascent had absolutely NOTHING to gain by coming out, yet was willing to. Because of this professionalism and level of customer service; they have , in fact, gained a new customer.

They arrived, on time, at the given appointment. Handled the work efficiently, and even came in under the initial estimate. I definitely recommend Ascent to anyone looking for a customer focused company! I have already set a reminder to call for my AC service, with Ascent, when it's time.

Our hot water tank was leaking, I made an appointment online yesterday and they came out this morning at 8am. Decided to get a tankless water heater (rebates were available), it was installed and everything cleaned up by 3:00 today. Couldn't ask for better service.

Plummer was knowledgeable , and efficient he took less than 1/2 hr to diagnose , and clear the pipe line.

Ascent Plumbing is a great Company. They are very responsive and respectable. Travis showed up to perform and answer all my questions. Price is right and reasonable.
