After having our refrigerator got out multiple times in two weeks. I was ready to buy new fridge. My wife decided to call Ben at Alpha Omega Repair. Within 5 minutes he said we can have you fridge fix and ready to start cooling. It was small part that went out. Ben was super nice, inexpensive and was fast. You can't go wrong hiring Ben at Alpha Omega Appliance Repairs!

Ben is amazing. He offered to come by the same day I called but I could not make that appointment. Then, I asked if 5pm would be ok and although it was on the later side of the day he was accommodating so I could be available right away. I will forever be going to Ben for all my appliance repairs!

My wife and I bought a washer dryer from Ben to give to my sister in law. I delivered it with the help of a friend but my dolly must have reached too far under the washer and knocked the tub off its axis so when I turned it on, the water splashed everywhere. I called Ben and he dropped everything and said he will go right over to look at it. It took him seconds to figure out the problem. Although he did not charge me for the house call, I offered to pay for his time as he is an awesome individual. Thanks Ben.

I found this business on the Speed Queen we were told by another vendor that it would take 2 weeks for repair. We are a family of 6 and have quests coming to visit for 10 days, 2 weeks without a washer would have been a nightmare. I called Ben the Sat before the holiday and he was able to come out on Tuesday, we were sold with the timeliness. He called before he arrived and it was within the timeframe given. When he came he was not only able to address the issue, but he looked at everything. He checked the hoses and found a leak, he even saw that a drain hose from our ac was kinked and fixed that, he looked at our laundry soap and suggested something else for better washer efficiency. He really went above and beyond in his customer service and quality of his work. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. Definitely a business I would recommend and back up 100%.

Ben answered our phone call (some providers have voice message only). He was able to schedule same day appointment. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable about our dryer and the problem. He had the part needed, installed it and clean the dryer of lent build up. Very reasonable, professional and just a nice person.

Absolutely wonderful service!!! My washer was not draining Ben came out and took a look at it and was able to get fixed with in an hour!! He was on time and worked fast, he was so kind and spoke to us about the probable causes overall was a delight and will definitely be referring his services!!! Great work and affordable!
