What can I say about the Servpro team? I can tell you that they are dependable, reliable, communicative, cordial, trustworthy, etc. I could tell you how over the 4th of July weekend I experienced some water damage and they were there on the 6th and were able to help remediate and prevent damage to my home. The damage containment was so successful that I had to cancel my claim with my insurance company because I would not hit my deductible. Overall I had an amazing experience. I should note that my property is located in Big Bear which is far from most service providers. Servpro came out despite the distance and was able to show up on time and deliver beyond my expectations. Thank you so much.

When my house an emergency water catastrophe which ended up including the whole house eventually Serv-Pro was their within minutes to start the clean up and drying out the wet surfaces. Everyday someone would be checking on things and when able started to assess the damage so my insurance adjustor got what he needed to start funding the projects for repairing and restoration. If I’m being honest -- if Juan (heading the reconstruction part of our renovation) hadn’t been a part of this equation, I’d be giving ServPro a 0 out of 5 rating. What I was told would take 6 to 8 weeks ended up taking 18 weeks. Anytime I called the Servpro office and was told they'd call me back, that rarely happened. The office never seemed to know what was going on with the reconstruction efforts. When I expressed the limited funds we had left to SerPro, and relayed Juan’s suggested ways to reduce prices, ServPro ignored those recommendations and I caught several obviously unnecessary costs in their budget. Multiple people I was communicating with left Servpro and nobody ever informed me, so I would go weeks with no returned calls or texts from those people. The whole experience just made me feel like I was an after thought. On the other hand, Juan was a gem. Communicative, patient, and seemed to really care about doing the best job he could. The final outcome was great work, but the stress and headache of dealing with the rest of the company made it not terribly worth recommending.

In a time of a personal crisis (fire at my home), they responded to my initial inquiry very quickly. Their staff is very personable, answer all of my questions and are extremely knowledgeable. They have been working very well with my insurance company. I feel very confident that the clean up, repairs and restoration will be done in a professional and competent manner.

SERVPRO was an incredible help during a recent water damage issue at our home! Initially, we worked with another company for water mitigation, but they recommended extensive and unnecessary demolition, including most of our kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, the entire exterior wall sheetrock in our master bedroom, and even the tub and shower in the master bath, as well as a wall in the master closet. Feeling uneasy about such drastic measures, we called SERVPRO for a second opinion, and we're so glad we did!
SERVPRO took a much more measured and professional approach. They only removed what was absolutely necessary in the kitchen and even managed to leave the countertop intact. They also determined that none of the sheetrock in our master bedroom walls or closet needed to be removed and that only a small portion of sheetrock between the shower and tub was impacted. This thoughtful approach saved us a substantial amount of money on both mitigation and rebuilding. Moreover, their recommendations aligned perfectly with what insurance would cover, based on the actual cause of the water damage, preventing any unnecessary financial strain. Had we gone with the first company, our home would have been unnecessarily torn apart, with insurance covering only a fraction of the damage caused by our roof leak.
I can't emphasize enough how professional and supportive SERVPRO's team was during this stressful time.
