Honestly can't say enough about these guys. They came in right in the middle of 5 bids so we knew they were reasonable in price. Then, they were happy to work with the few special requests that we had, and finally they actually finished on time. I'm not kidding....to the day of when they said. Highly recommended from me and others in the neighborhood.

I met Allen with Timberline Construction Services in 2017 as a Building Inspector performing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and structural/ framing inspections. I've inspected at least 100 homes for this company and have never had a problem with any discipline that couldn't be corrected while I was on site. The trades were professional and projects were clean. It makes your day better when you see that an inspection is for Allen because you know that you have at least one inspection that day that's going to go great.

Timberline was great to work with. Their responsiveness and attention to detail made for a great final product that we were very happy with. The subcontractors they use are great, conscientious and very good at their respective crafts. Timberline did an addition for us in the summer of 2024, putting an extra bedroom on our 2nd floor by building out into a vaulted ceiling area. The overall experience was excellent! Everything looks very nice, they got it done quickly, and the price was great. Highly recommended!

Working with Timberline was even better than we hoped! The whole team has their process and scheduling down to a science. The owners and operators take great pride in the work, are present on site regularly, and are incredibly knowledgeable and kind. The project manager and each of the expert tradesman who come onsite are professional and the workmanship is excellent. From the process of getting a quote, to design, and all the way through the build, we enjoyed working with this efficient, hardworking, and professional team!

We picked Timberline after 3 bids, can't be happier or more pleased with the final result on our basement remodel in Arvada. Was able to keep within our budget as we negotiated our final design, as they gave us possible options to consider. The original timeline was completed on time, and the workmanship is still impressive after living with the results for two months. We absolutely love the results of our basement finish, and the process was so easy and efficient. The Timberline team was always professional and responsive. They happily accommodated a couple of our requests for changes in the middle of the project. There was a slight confusion regarding paint color for the ceiling, which was immediately corrected. Timberline Construction is an excellent company for all your home improvement needs. It is a family-owned business with quality owners. They finished our basement 6 years ago and because we were so impressed with the quality of the work, we had them install all new LVP on the main level of our home. We trusted them to do the job while on vacation and when we returned we were stunned at how good the floors looked! They went above and beyond to make us happy. Allan, Rebecca and Jacob (from Timberline Construction) were amazing throughout the process - from the quotation, to the design selection to the completion of the project on time. Our basement looks beautiful and better than we expected. Their team built two bedrooms, a playroom and a full bathroom.

They are super responsive to feedback and the teams they brought in to do the work were very nice and did amazing clean work.
