Absolutely thrilled with our basement finishing experience with Timberline. Jacob, Allen, and Rebecca were simply fantastic from start to finish. From the get-go, they were incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel comfortable and confident in their abilities. Communication was top-notch; they kept us informed every step of the way and were always available to answer any questions we had.

The design they came up with was well thought out. They really took the time to listen to our ideas and incorporated them into the final plan. What impressed us most was their attention to detail—they fixed little things before we even had a chance to mention them! It’s clear they take pride in their work and have high expectations for the people who they contract out to.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with Timberline Construction. Timberline did a complete kitchen, main floor and basement remodel for us. From start to finish, we had nothing but a wonderful experience. They were nothing but professional, and worked within our budget. Absolutely LOVED Timberline! They did a wonderful job finishing our basement. We came from a new build home to an older home that had a walk out basement. We were hesitant to go with the same company that finished our basement in our last home and as we explored finding someone to help us this second time around, we found that it was hard to even get a response or follow up. I found Timberline from local reviews. Their response was same day and we received a layout rendering just a couple days later. The process was so efficient for us. I especially loved accessibility to the design options in our budget. They started the job on the date promised and work was consistent from day one.
We love our basement so much that we have spent most the time in it since it was finished. They did an amazing job with quality and detail.
We plan on utilizing the expertise of Timberline for future renovations that the rest of our house needs.
I highly recommend them. Hard to find reliable and good people these days and I'm grateful I found them!

Timberline Construction were so great to work with for finishing our basement! Allen and Jacob came out for the initial consult to work through initial floor plan designs with us, both giving advice and listening to our thoughts. Rebecca created the CAD floor plan, and used her experience to help guide us in making a very difficult layout (4 support poles and the HVAC in awkward places) become a functional living space. We were given as much help as we wanted picking out finishes; they have a wide range of options, or you can choose/buy your own. During construction they were all very responsive and quick to make adjustments as we found changes we wanted. Happily we were moving in our belongings in just over 6 weeks, and at a very reasonable and moderate price. We are very happy, and plan to consult with them about rebuilding our porch, and possibly some other indoor projects.

Timberline was great from start to finish. It was clear throughout that our satisfaction was their number one priority. One example of this was the fireplace stone we initially selected was out of stock and our second choice didn’t turn out quite like we wanted. Allen did everything he could to replace single stones, whitewash single stones, and move stones around to ensure we ended up happy with it. Their detail to craftsmanship is great! We were so impressed with them that we recommended them to my in-laws. They did just as great of a job on their basement.

We had our basement finished by Timberline. Their work is impeccable! I wish they could redo our whole house. Rebecca and Allen were always kind and accommodating to all our questions and changes. The subcontractors were also always nice to our family and animals around. Highly recommend!

Allen and his team at Timberline construction were amazing to work with. They finished our 2000 sq ft basement. We added a bathroom, bedroom, huge wet bar, dance floor and living area. We took out 3 windows and added a giant sliding door. We are delighted with it. The team was all very professional and provided great advice, thoughts and ideas. They have a showroom where you can get ideas and see samples of flooring, tiles etc. The team kept to schedule and we felt informed during the process. Would highly recommend Allen and his team if you are looking to do some remodeling.

Timberline transformed our basement into a beautiful in law with a full kitchen that has left everyone that has seen it impressed with the quality of work done. Everything stayed on schedule, change orders that we requested were handled without complaint, and we are thrilled with the final product. All the trades that came into our home treated both us and our home with care and respect. We will definitely be back for future work in our home and you should feel confident they can handle any type of room that you are looking to have work done on.

Highly recommend Timberline Construction. Great listeners, took the time to understand what we wanted. There were times I didn't understand the construction lingo, and Allan took the time to explain some of the concepts so I could get the big picture.

Allen, Rebecca and their sons are all Amazing! We hired them to do our master bathroom and master bedroom closet remodel and they knocked it out of the park! Rebecca & Allen met with us to pick out all our colors, tiles, finishes in their design center and then Allen and his sons did an amazing job with the demo and re-design! I recommend Timberline to all my clients, family and friends! Their craftsmanship and quality are the best!

TRULY AMAZING. In the current marketing in the Denver Metro area, it is a really challenging housing market - which makes it difficult to scale up or find a reasonably priced, "perfect" home for the budget. Instead of looking for a new home, we decided to invest in our current home and do a complete renovation to our main level. Our house was built in the 1960's and was in significant need of a remodel. We had reached out with a list of big, ambitious dreams to Allen Gregg and Timberline Construction - truly thinking it wouldn't be possible. We were thinking a new kitchen, removing two load bearing walls to make the home an open concept, and updating the floors, doors and trims. We started working with Allen, Jacob and Rebecca on inspirations, floor plan layout, options, colors, materials - and our dream came to life! Rebecca took the time to aid us in our design, offering professional design feedback and suggestions based on aesthetic and industry trends. Rebecca was knowledgeable, kind, patient and extremely helpful. Not to mention so personable and amazing!

We had the opportunity to fully customize our remodel, with different recommendations based on our budget and style. The team was respectful and thoughtful, making sure to stay within our budget without compromising quality or having to cut things from the plan. Additionally, they were patient in change orders and adjustments on the fly, as well as kind and accommodating when we were unsure or changing our minds on something.

All of the vendors/employees Timberline used were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very good at their craft. The material companies that Timberline partnered with are of the highest quality, had quick turnaround times for delivery, and we were able to view all different options within Timberline's showroom.

THEY WERE SO QUICK! We did the following:

- Completely gutted kitchen to studs and completed full remodel
- New back patio door
- Removed 2 load bearing walls & installed 2 beams.
- Installed new floors in 1400 square feet
- Installed new trim on main level
- Installed 11 new doors and jams/trim
- Paint/Texture main level

All of this took place in 7 weeks! We did move out of the home, which aided in the timeline -- and it probably would have been quicker had the floors had a shorter lead time!

Overall, we have had the most exceptional experience working with Allen, Rebecca, Jacob and the Timberline Construction team. They have truly exceeded our expectations and given us a brand new home. It is GORGEOUS!!!

I am so thankful we kept the good bones of our house and made it new inside. It is truly life changing!

You will not regret working with them! They made the process so easy, and were there to help and support us with design help every step of the way.
