Nathan & Lacy are super friendly, professional, showed up on time & really made sure I got what I wanted out of the cleaning. They worked around my schedule and found a time that worked best for me. Nathan & Lacy tackled my apartment together & they did a wonderful job! I try to keep up with cleaning, but between constant dust & dog hair, it was so nice to have them come in and help out. They only cleaned for one hour and my place was nearly spotless!! I can't imagine what my place would look like in two hours. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be using their services on an ongoing basis.

I rely on Merit housekeeping to run my Airbnb which is attached to my home. I am very picky as being clean is crucial to my little business. Not only are they amazing at cleaning, they keep a list of my preferences, are incredible at communicating, always friendly and polite. They are the very best housekeepers I have ever had!

Merit Maids were incredibly nice, professional, thorough, and efficient! We have used a number of cleaning services in the past and this was by far the best we have used. Our glass stove top, which we had given up on long ago, looks brand new. I honestly don’t know how they did it. I highly recommend Merit Maids.

I initially booked with Merit Maids because they were so nice and professional. I had called several other places first and was waiting to hear back when I decided to give MM a shot. They picked up the phone immediately and announced the name of their company (rather than just saying "hello" or going to a voicemail like other places) before going over my options and helping me choose the right fit for what I needed for a move-in cleaning. I had some unforseen circumstances come up a few days before the booked session, and when I called they picked up and immediately greeted me by name and had all of my profile information available so we could figure out the next steps. This was such a nice and professional touch as many other places I had called didn't have great phone etiquette- not a big deal in the long run but it was an extra perk that made me happy I chose MM. We decided to split up the service into two separate visits to fit the renovation schedule issues I was having, and Ana Guerra and her Assistant came right on time to get started. They left everything sparkling clean and it was such a relief to start moving into a place that was clean and ready. The oven and refrigerator looked brand new, and the bathroom and cabinets and windows looked fantastic. I will happily book with Merit Maids in the future.

Yareni did a move out clean for my apartment and she left it SPARKLING. I’m positive she left it cleaner than it was when I moved in. Also everyone I have talked to with this company has been the absolute KINDEST. Added bonus.. their pricing was affordable!

I've been through so many cleaning services over the past decade that have just not cut it. I prefer to have my home cleaned thoroughly, and the norm seems to be for cleaners to not move a single thing and just wipe or mop or vacuum around everything. That just doesn't make a clean home. Dust and fur (we have dogs) are left behind and then come out within a few hours or days. Most of the time I clean up after the cleaners leave in order to finish the job. But not with Merit Maids! Huge shout out to Brenda and her team, they clean so well: the inside windows, under every piece of furniture and knickknack . . . The house feels spotless. We are really impressed, and grateful to have finally found a service that understands what a clean house is. Thank you, Brenda! And Merit Maids!

Merit Maids is a great company and Fabio and Carolina were a nice couple that they sent to clean my townhouse pre-move in.
They asked if there was any specific areas of concern and I let them know that the kitchen and restrooms were very important. They did an amazing job.

I have a very busy small short term rental property in Golden. I have been using Merit Maids from the beginning. They are incredibly reliable and responsive. Their cleaning team does a thorough job with all the little touches. I especially love the way they fold the towels and blankets.
