Steve was extremely knowledgeable and made sure that our whole system was running smoothly. When he identified that the exhaust was just blowing into the open attic, he came back the next day to fix the exhaust so that it vents externally. After he made the fixes, he double checked everything. He was prompt, friendly, and made sure to explain everything he was doing. I would definitely recommend him to ensure your dryer vent is safe and working properly.

Best experience I have had with a contractor that I can remember.
What started out to be a simple vent cleaning turned into much more.
After living in this house for 30 years and cleaning the first 10 feet of the dryer vent, we bought a new dryer that was not getting the clothes dry.
The Maytag service guy said that he couldn’t work on the dryer until I got a receipt from a professional vent cleaner. I did some research and luckily found Steve.
He quickly diagnosed the problem and surmised the only solution was to fix an issue the builders created when they made the vent pipe go outside but put the outlet under the pipe in hopes that gravity would disperse the outgoing dryer lint. What a disaster. 30 years of lint buildup with no place to go.
Steve had to cut through my deck to get to the vent area and devised a place for the vent pipe to go and found a cover that would fit under electrical pipes and function optimally. Brilliant!
All of this work while charging a very reasonable rate. I didn’t think it could be done. I wish I could use him for other projects I have around the house.
I HIGHLY recommend Steve for any of your ventures cleaning needs.
