If I could leave a negative five star review I would! We asked for a deep cleaning at a new house we moved into. The first day they cleaned for about 6 hours with 5 people and only 2 people the next day for two hours and charged us over $2,700.00?!?!? I would have gladly paid this if they'd have done a deep cleaning like we asked. We asked several times that the floor was deep cleaned and that it was important to us and all they did was mop it. Even after a long conversation my wife had with the owner (who promised us) she'd clean the floors like we asked, but she never did. We had to hire a second company that was much cheaper to literally come over the next day and spend two full days deep cleaning the floors. The owner talks more than she listens and the company over charges for cleaning services. I've been in customer support and customer service a long time, and the #1 lesson I've learned is you always listen. They don't! They over charge and don't do a good job cleaning. Stay away! I was also surprised to not see more negative reviews on here because there is no way another person hasn't experienced the same pain that we did! STAY AWAY!

The Magic Fairies helped us with a last minute house cleaning for the holidays. This is our third time using them and they delivered outstanding service and value we’ve come to expect. They focused on our bathrooms and floors and did more in a couple of hours than we could have in a week! Our bathrooms were almost unrecognizable. Their crew sets to bar for working swiftly and diligently. We will certainly call them again - highly recommend.

Thank you thank you Magic Fairy cleaning! I live in another state part time and the magic fairy cleaning takes care of all my move out and move ins for my rentals. I have literally never met another company that takes so much pride in their deep cleaning services, and I have tried many other cleaning companies. The owner is amazing and super professional to work with. I watched her direct her team on one of my cleanings first I was very impressed at her Spanish then at how organized and thorough she was with her team. They do amazingly deep cleaning.

The cleaners are fantastic, always quick to turn the property around and never miss a thing. Recently had a hot tub repair done too and they sorted it in record time. Fast diagnostics, parts sourced quickly, fair pricing and a great technician. They really do take the stress out of managing a rental property.

I’ve been renting out my AirBNB for over a year now and finding a reliable cleaning company has always been a struggle, until I stumbled upon 365 property solutions. John and his team were easy to work with and have competitive pricing. The place was immaculate when I went to go do my inspections. I’ve been using them ever since. Highly recommended!

We thought we started off on a good foot with John and Adrienne to service our short term rental and weekly hot tub maintenance and the cleaners do a great job however we were abruptly dropped as a client with no explanation whatsoever.

The only thing I can think of is that we had simply asked for a few clearer, more detailed photos between guest stays — a reasonable request to help monitor wear and tear and stains on couches and rugs. What we received were grainy, wide-angle room shots that made it impossible to tell if a guest had stained the carpet or couch. Instead of having a professional conversation or making any effort to collaborate, they ended the relationship (all services).
Passive-aggressive behavior like this is no way to do business. If your idea of professionalism includes reliability, communication, and client partnership, look elsewhere. Very disappointing.

I have been using 365 Property Solutions for years on a few short-term rental properties in the Denver Metro area and cannot recommend them highly enough! John and his team did an amazing job deep cleaning my apartment. I was particularly impressed with the attention they paid to small details, as well as how they deep cleaned my oven/stovetop and bathtub. I would definitely book them again in the future!

I was desperate to get my hour tub cleaned and running, and they jumped at the opportunity to get me on the schedule immediately. Not only were they responsive, they were timely, efficient, friendly , but they did an excellent job and even followed up. Where else can you go for service like that at a reasonable price?
