I have been using their service for about a year. I have been very pleased with their communication, timeliness, and work. My pro, Ashley Gonzalez was thorough, careful, and just plain nice! Glad to have them helping take care of my place.

This is a follow up review and I still love MaidPro! My cleaner changed but she Maria is still doing an amazing job. It's a good biweekly clean that keeps my house in order.

Kira did a great job cleaning my house, including bathrooms and kitchen. She was thorough and detailed and hit all the important spots. She's friendly and focused. She’s amazing!

It was quick to get first appointment, very friendly on the phone and via text. We had our initial Deep Clean by Grace and Vanessa and they did a great job with it, much more thorough than other local companies we have used. They spent a lot more time here with a better attention to detail. Had our tub/shower deep cleaned by Salena and it is absolutely spotless now, and I am extremely satisfied.

Mariarly and Maria Jose cleaned my home exceptionally. I am a senior citizen with some disabilities and really appreciate the help these ladies have given me. Such a great help!

I can’t say that I am happy with the services I received from MaidPro. I didn’t get a call-ahead as agreed, communication was absolutely terrible. A toilet was left dirty, doors and baseboards were untouched, and I have to go back and scrub carpets myself when I fully expected to have a “move-out cleaning” as advertised. Extra workers were supposedly sent to the job two hours after it started to add up to the estimated 5 hours and when shown video of one worker packing up by herself at 3pm, they just can’t explain themselves. I hired them to meet a requirement of “professionally cleaned” but they didnt do anything I couldn’t have done myself, plus I had to spot treat a couple areas of carpet - since they just dont do that. These people are intentionally deceptive and dishonest, and I will not be doing business with them again and will not be referring anyone in the future. However, if you’re just lazy and want to have your place wiped down and nothing more, give them a call they will gladly take your money!!

I am so grateful for Maidpro’s monthly service. With a busy schedule it is hard to take care of all the details when cleaning but their service helps me keep on top of things. Jasmyne did an exceptional job this week and I have been praising her to my family for the last two days.

Maidpro also has great communication reminding me of cleanings and letting me know when someone is on their way.

We have been using Maidpro biweekly for the last couple years and every time they come, we comment on how good a job they do (shout out to Jasmine and Yuly). We used another company for years and the difference in quality is staggering. The office team that assists with scheduling is also super helpful always. Highly recommend.

My husband and I both work and have 3 kids under 5. I simply haven’t been able to stay on top of keeping our house clean. Makayla and Yuly did such a great job. Along with the general cleaning they tidy’ed all of the rooms and left thoughtful personal touches throughout the house. I can’t explain the burden that has been lifted.

I really enjoyed the Team Elvia’s service! They did a great job and I got the full deposit back for my move out cleaning with my landlord. They were extremely responsive and I appreciated that.
