Very professional and on task at job. We had cleaning and windows done. Very pleased and will use them again. I also thought they were very reasonable on pricing and billing was invoices to pay online.

Adrienne & Advanced Cleaning are AWESOME. Automated scheduling makes it extra easy, and I haven't had to worry once about the quality with renters. Would absolutely recommend.

Regular clean not deep clean..
I only wanted dusting, vacuuming main areas & 2 bathrooms and a kitchen cleaned.
I regularly clean because my mom was a house cleaner, so we have a regimen, and I just needed a little help after an injury.

She showed up late. After looking around when I went over what we wanted she took her cleaning stuff to her truck and came in saying she only did places with less stuff!.. I was so lost lol

I asked move in/move outs, she said yes and less stuff/furniture.

Very unprofessional and lazy.
They called several times pushing to make an appointment after we inquired if they worked in our area.

I was really shocked by this behavior.
Don't even try this place.
Very disrespectful and unprofessional.
Tried talking to the owner and he wouldn't do anything about this.
I even sent pictures showing my home as to explain this isn't what she claimed.
I'm writing so no one else has to feel this way and be wrongly judged...

Advanced Cleaning Experts crew showed up on time, extremely professional, and did a fantastic job. We’ve been through three other cleaning companies and we have been so impressed by this team! We will be using them permanently!

Started out great but ended poorly. I hired John and his team to clean my home and my office, based on referrals from next door and some friends. We had a good start. A few things were missed on the deep clean at both my office and home. As a small business owner myself I was understanding and gave them a chance to fix things up. After a few cleans at my home, it started going downhill. Only one cleaner started coming, (it was 2-3 in the beginning) During one clean the cleaner simply up and left, leaving it half finished. She told my kids she was "sick". John called me later and told me she had an emergency with her kid, he assured me she was NOT sick, and she had to leave and he would reschedule to finish. I was concerned with who was lying to whom, but I let it go. Never got rescheduled so he waived the fee. Fine, I'm cool with working things out. Next clean the same lady walked in and complained to my 16 y/o dau that I was going to "get her fired" for telling her boss she left early the prev clean. I actually never called him at all, he called me hours AFTER she left the previous clean. NOT professional at all! When I got home from work, I saw she scratched my brand new $2K glass shower door. I immediately texted John who said he would "take care of it immediately" including her unprofessional behavior. I asked for a new person who would not act unprofessional to my dau. I found a HUGE gouge in my wood floors over the weekend that the cleaner had caused and covered with a throw rug, and I communicated this to John including photos. I had an office clean scheduled the following week. No show no call to my office. No communication after my texts about damage to my home. 2nd week again a no show no call at my office, zero communication. I get an email, reminding me of my schld home cleaning, so I text and ask where the cleaners were at my office for two weeks? Apparently they had "staffing issues" and couldn't make it? But zero communication for two weeks. John's response was to apologize for the communication but when I asked what he was going to do about the damage, he denied the cleaner caused it. I expressed my disappointment in follow through since he basically ghosted me since the incident at my home and never even tried to come see the damage. He finally acknowledged that even though I had gotten an email confirmation of my house cleaning they would not be coming. He said he wanted to "make it right". I gave him an opportunity to do so but again he has ghosted me for an additional TWO weeks. I was willing to work with him and was very patient and professional in my communication. There is no excuse for such unprofessional behavior, no matter what staffing issues you are having. And now I have to deal with damage to an expensive glass door and a 4 foot gouge in my new wood floors that he has never even offered to come look at. Companies are supposed to take responsibility for damage caused by their employees. Not sure what is going on with this company but I do NOT recommened hiring them at this time. We will see if this review garners any type of response.

Hands down the best cleaning service I have used. Advanced Cleaning Experts provide a very comprehensive cleaning service at a very reasonable price. I cannot recommend this business enough, great people who run their business in such a way that it makes you feel like family.

We've been using Advanced Cleaning Experts since our long time house cleaner moved to TX back in August 2020, and we've been very pleased with their customer service, the ease of scheduling and the overall quality of their cleans. They come twice a month to our home and we are so grateful to have found them!

Constantly cancelling, unprofessional, and rude. Initially I gave Advanced Cleaning Experts a 5-star review, but since then their level of service has deteriorated to an abysmal level. We’ve been using ACE since fall of 2021 on a bi-weekly basis and in the last six months they have cancelled close to 25% of the time. We very politely asked them for a few improvements as the level of service we were given wasn’t meeting expectations and that’s when the cancellations began. Their services aren’t cheap – to put it in perspective, even with the cancellations I’ve already paid them close to $3k in cleaning fees in the last six months.

The worst part is every time they cancel, I just get a random text with typically one sentence - no apology, no explanation, and zero professionalism. They will say something close to, “your cleaner is out, do you want to skip?” When I say no, I’m relying on you to come, then they always tell me an emergency came up and they’ll see what they can do, and still end up cancelling. This time, when I asked to talk on the phone so we could try and come up with a plan for re-scheduling, the half owner just ignored me. Even after I told her I am out of town right now helping a friend with a newborn and trying to juggle helping my family deal with the death of my grandfather this week while remote, she flat out ignored me and refused to call. Not only are these people poor business owners, but they are also not great people either. Please do not give them your money.

Update: After posting this review the owner - John - called me this morning and tried berating and yelling at me on the phone. (Literally yelling.) Again, I don't know how these people stay in business.

Advanced Cleaning Experts have all the systems to successfully help us keep our cleanings synced with guest check-outs and check-ins. They do an amazing job and our guest always comment on how clean the home is. We highly recommend them!

Are used to have a five bedroom three bath Airbnb in Evergreen with a hot tub and pool table 2 years ago. Used Adrienne and John’s company. They did an amazing job always took care of us and really crushed it when it came to linens. Highly recommend using them easy to work with fair pricing, and very responsive, they were always on time grateful to have met them and was thrilled to have them as part of the team. Let’s face it when it comes to Airbnb. The hardest thing to fine is reliable, cleaners that get you great reviews.

Advanced cleaning experts are incredible. I have never had a cleaning company be so organized. They took care of all of my vacation rental cleaning and my guess just loved how clean the property was when they arrived. They are awesome about sending you an email to let you know when they are coming and of course and invoice when they are done. Extremely organized and proficient

They are thorough, trustworthy and responsive. I only have good things to say. Rachel is who usually cleans our home and we really enjoy her!

I use Advanced Cleaning Experts for monthly house cleaning. They give you a 1-hour arrival window and have always been on time. They are professional and do a great job of making my house look sparkling clean. They use all natural products, I appreciate knowing that my kids and pets are safe. I also like that I am supporting a locally owned, family business! I would highly recommend Advanced Cleaning Experts if you are looking for a cleaner who will be on time, efficient, and do a great job every time.

Advanced Cleaning Experts are amazing. I have a weekly cleaning scheduled with them and they are always prompt and professional. I always get a confirmation text the day before - which is so great! If my cleaner is running late (which has only happened once since I started with them last year) or wants to start earlier, they always call and text me to make sure this works for me. Rachel is my cleaning person and I love her! John and Adrienne, the owners, are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and they seem to really care about their people and their customers. I highly recommend this cleaning company.

I have been using Advanced Cleaning Experts at my short term rental home in Wheat Ridge for about four years. It’s a five bedroom house and typically sleeps 10 so can get very dirty, and has a lot of beds to change. The crew was always on time and they took photos to make sure they fit our requirements. Did a great job in cleaning (Our guests always gave us five stars for Cleaning) and they use a great online system to let me know when they were going to be there, when I needed to get supplies and if anything needed to be fixed or looked at in the house. I would definitely recommend them for your short term rental needs!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
