My brother needed some help with cleaning, so I called Castle Fresh. I live in California and was able to get everything set up and paid for over the phone. They were super friendly and helpful. My brother loved the cleaning, and I was so happy with everything! I highly recommend Castle Fresh!

Castle Fresh House Cleaning is the best cleaning service around. I have gone through about 3 different cleaning companies, all of which performed a deep clean of my house and Castle was the only one that went above and beyond. Angel, who cleaned our house was amazing in every detail, from the ceiling fans to our kitchen cabinets. Angel addressed to me that our kitchen cabinets were covered in grease, I had no idea. Once she once done, the cabinets looked brand new. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a spotless home.

It’s hard to find reputable, professional house cleaning companies that serve the foothills, so I’m very happy to have found Castle Fresh! Brian answered all of my questions when I called and was able to find a time for my house to be cleaned in a tight timeframe. The housecleaner was on time, professional, quiet, and thorough. I have been using castle fresh for a couple of months. They are always on time. They call twenty to thirty minutes before they arrive just as a reminder. They do an outstanding job. Recently I had a surgery and am not supposed to lift more than six pounds. They were so thoughtful. They set things in my house in a way I wouldn’t have to lift things. I appreciate their thorough and great job. They always exceed my expectations.

My experience with Castle Fresh was extremely pleasant and stress free. The scheduler I spoke with made the process easy and got an appointment promptly set up for my cleaning job. A team of 2 women arrived exactly on time, were courteous and pleasant and they both worked very diligently, not even stopping for a break. My bathrooms were absolutely stunning! Everything was gleaming and immaculately disinfected. All of their work was above satisfaction and I was thrilled!

My sister-in-law also enjoyed the professional job they provided for her in her Highlands Ranch home. Due to illness, she was limited in her capacity to clean and the Castle Fresh women who arrived not only cleaned beautifully but they assisted her up and down the stairs and helped her to organize a few areas of concern to her.

Our first experience with Castle Fresh was a deep clean spring cleaning. We had no intention of hiring a regular cleaning service, as my husband and I felt that no one could meet our high standards (and had discontinued several services in the past due to disappointing results). After one cleaning with Castle Fresh, we immediately scheduled regular cleaning, and have been beyond thrilled each time. Brian and his team are wonderful to work with - responsive, timely and detailed. We were so pleased we have even hired Castle Fresh to clean my Dad's house regularly, a true vote of confidence. Also, if the quality of their work isn't enough, Brian has worked tirelessly (and I'm guessing with personal sacrifice) to keep his staff working and receiving pay during this very difficult time for small businesses. I've been using Castle for monthly house cleaning for 3 or 4 years now. I appreciate their professionalism, work ethic and friendly attitude. I've felt comfortable with every single employee who has entered our home, and it's always nice to have a sparkling house when they leave. The owner takes good care of his employees and genuinely cares about each and every one of them. And in return they have all had only good things to say about him, which I believe is a good way to judge a company's integrity.

I have used several cleaning services over the years, while living in different cities. Hands down, Castle Fresh is THE BEST. They are prompt, courteous, honest, professional, transparent with their pricing, and provide the most consistent, highest quality cleanings. With other cleaning companies I always had to request a certain cleaner because quality varied, but not with Castle Fresh. Every single team member does a great job and they are wonderful people. And, most important, this company CARES, truly cares about their employees. I love the newsletters they send out announcing their employee of the month or new team members. I have been a Castle Fresh customer for years now. Their cleaners are reliable, professional, friendly and thorough. I’ve hired them for one-time cleanings, biweekly service, and deep cleans. They do a great job cleaning, and my family appreciates the little special touches - like making a cute arrangement of the stuffed animals on the bed and folding the end of the TP roll in the bathrooms into a little triangle. With Castle Fresh, we get a thorough cleaning of all their guaranteed services every time. They offer a reasonable price for us, which is a blessing. Typically we get one of the same gals as our cleaning lady (there are two who we typically may get, one or the other), but occasionally we do get another gal and all of them have been so great and very friendly. Mikaila is our typical cleaning gal and we love having her and appreciate her thoroughness and friendliness. Renee runs the company and is always accommodating and helpful.
