George was fantastic. He did an amazing job with some very old, stained, dirty carpet. I just purchased the house & plan to replace the carpet with new flooring in the spring, but wanted it to be clean in the interim. I actually didn’t expect that most of the stain and discoloration would come out – I was just hoping for cleanliness. He was professional and managed to get these carpets much cleaner than I would’ve ever expected. The house already smells & looks so much better. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Carpet Couch Cleaning! My call was answered quickly, scheduling was easy, and Marat was right on time. He was professional, polite, took care with my floors and furniture, and most importantly, got the cat urine and vinegar odor out of my couch!

Amazing! I’ve hired them twice, once to clean carpeting in a new house we bought and they did such an amazing job. It got rid of odors from the previous owners dogs and was nice and fresh! I also hired them to clean a couch and it was also great! Got rid of a ton of staining from everyday wear. My tech was friendly and explained everything so well! They did a fantastic job and I would definitely use in the future.

They cleaned my carpet plus added a special treatment that was extra 20 dollars plus the extra 20 dollars to remove stain. At first everything looked good then couple days after we noticed the stain didn’t get removed.

I couldn’t be happier with the results! I hired this company to clean both my couch and sofa, and the transformation is incredible. The upholstery looks fresh, spotless, and almost brand new again. They managed to remove subtle stains and brighten up the fabric without damaging the texture.

The team was professional, punctual, and respectful of my home. They used protective covers during the cleaning process, which I really appreciated. You can tell they care about doing quality work.

This was my first carpet cleaning experience and will not be my last! What Josh did in 2 hours would have taken me 2 days. I was debating purchasing my own $400 carpet shampooer and doing it myself but now I will just be getting my carpets cleaned 1-2x, year instead! I wish I took before pics, because there was dog pee stains everywhere! 🫣 Most importantly, the smell is completely gone!

11/10 - great price, excellent service, customer support was amazing! I loved my tech Marat he did such great work and was efficient! Angela who scheduled my appointment communicated with me quickly. She got me in for a cancellation appointment. My carpet is spotless and so fresh. It looks amazing!!!! Will call again for my next service and would recommend to my family!

EDIT: After further inspection and putting the couch out to dry in the sun, I noticed that I could still heavily smell pee on one of the cushions and there are stains on the side. I had the couch pulled apart so he could access all sides of the cushions due to them not being removeable. I think the job was a little rushed and could have been done better.

Igor was on time and finished within the hour. Very friendly and did an amazing job. It looks as good as new! Very happy with the results!

Excellent service and results. Eugene did a great job cleaning up my white chairs which had eight years of grime on them. Carpets are clean also. Both Eugene and his partner who spoke with me on the phone were professional and very pleasant.

My house was a DISASTER. I was a little weary calling SinnerAlley since this is a newer business but I figured I'd give it a try anyway. I was NOT disappointed. I wasnt even satisfied, I was ecstatic! Looked better than when everything was brand new, I swear. I won't ever have any other person clean my house but SinnerAlley. It was done in a timely manner and everything was spotless. Ive had my house cleaned by other company's and it was clean but SinnerAlley took it to a whole other level.
