Both of my HVAC systems, a 5-ton and a 3-ton, broke down unexpectedly. Thankfully, Gary, the head of Allied Heating & Cooling, made sure to visit my home in Arvada on the same day. Two days later, he and his team had installed two new systems and coils. The entire procedure was made hassle-free by Gary from start to finish. He ensured I purchased exactly what was necessary, without any undue pressure to opt for a more expensive solution, which I really appreciated. For the installation, Gary was present at my home with his team, consisting of Damian and Liam. The level of professionalism demonstrated by this team was truly unparalleled. Not only were they certified HVAC specialists, but they were also tidy, polite, and respectful. These are the kind of people you feel comfortable letting into your home. Moreover, considering my elderly mother was present at home, the team made sure to wear masks for safety. If you're in search of a reliable, knowledgeable, and affordable HVAC contractor, there's no question that Allied Heating & Cooling is the company to choose.

Brad from Allied Heating & Cooling was excellent. He had a friendly attitude and was very courteous - but seriously, when someone attends to you on a sweltering day and identifies the problem with your heater, they couldn't be any more heroic. I had two other companies come out previously to tell me either (1) there was no issue and I was just imagining it; or (2) it was a design flaw in the building that the vent in the kitchen didn't emit heat like the other vents. None of them even bothered to open the vents to check the ducts. Not Brad. First he paid attention to my problem, then he actually used his ladder to open the vent. Inside, he discovered a strange object (pictured below) and found the reason why the airflow in this duct (in the kitchen, of all places!) was practically non-existent. The woman at the office who arranged this appointment was also top-notch. She initially set the appointment for the same day but then called back and honestly said she didn't want to send brad into the cramped space so late on a warm afternoon if it wasn't urgent - would it be okay to reschedule for monday morning? I agreed, and that's when I met brad. Honest and efficient. Can't request more than that. If anything goes wrong with your heater, call Allied Heating & Cooling first! The service call was $90.

Brad from the AC repair team did an outstanding job for me when my central air conditioning system broke down this week in Arvada. He was both skilled and courteous. His first visit seemed to resolve the issue, but more problems emerged the next day. Nevertheless, they responded quickly and after further inspection, they identified a sporadic issue and resolved it without imposing an additional service call charge. I won't consider any other AC repair service provider in the future.
