I previously had a different furnace repair service over, but they weren't willing to assist me due to the age of my system. Although they gave me an estimate, their main interest was in selling me a new system. Sean, however, repaired my furnace for half the price quoted by the other company. He responded swiftly to my late-night message and arranged for an early morning appointment the following day in Arvada. He arrived punctually and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He showed me how to make my vents and returns more efficient and was never patronizing. As a woman with lots of questions, I appreciated his expert explanations.
