First, they fulfill all of the requirements above and more. It is imperative to have people caring for your property who LISTEN to what you need to have done and, more, importantly, what not to do. Michael took impeccable notes on the work I had for them, followed up by a detailed estimate which proved he had been more than just paying attention. He absorbed the big picture and captured every detail and request I made.

Then they came to work. Michael's brother, Caleb, first walked through the job with me, asking for more detail and, prior to finishing the work walked through it with me once more to assure all of the work had been completed to my satisfaction. His team was phenomenal! They are on time (!), work thoroughly, but efficiently, and are just super nice guys.

I have a feeling all of my good intentions for doing other work myself is going to fall away since working with Gecko Lawn & Tree Care is so easy, affordable and with excellent results.

From the first meeting with Michael I was impressed. He and his staff have always been responsive and pay to detail. I’ve had huge limbs blown down from a tree and he has been ready to do the clean up in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Gecko’s.

I switched to Geckos this summer and I’ve been very happy with their service, particularly owner Michael Johns. He is very responsive to his customers and goes out of his way to please. He arranged to have a very prickly bush in our front yard removed and had a raised flower bed made to fill the space (picture attached).

Geckos Lawn &Tree Care came out to my home in April 2026 to remove a dead cottonwood tree and 2 small aspen. Michael (owner) and his crew worked the afternoon to complete this job. They carefully and safely performed this task. Cleared and removed all the debris from the area. I would definitely recommend this tree company for your tree removal concerns.

I hired this business for spring clean up of our home. Did not receive the services promised in outline of description. Team cleaned up leaves and 2 very small window wells. I had just mowed the front lawn so that did not need to be done. No trees were trimmed as expected in quote. Hefty fee if $384. They did offer to send techs back at reduced fee of $100 per hour but declined. Would not recommend at this time. ****I want to give an update on my earlier review to include that the service reached out to me to apologize for my concerns. They offered to return at a reduced rate of $100 per hour to complete the job to my satisfaction and cleared the invoice. I appreciated their efforts, I am a really easy customer to please. I had scheduled to have an estimate completed with initial inquiry and waited all afternoon and no one showed up. Had this occurred, I think this could have helped . I chose not to have them return based on initial experience but I want to recognize they reached out. Giving them A+ for customer service. Saw many positive reviews , wish we could have been one.
