I've used Outdoor Lifestyles for 2 projects -- landscaping my back yard, and building pillars for the entrance of a gated community. Back yard turned out beautifully, including pavers, hot tub surround, landscaping boulders, and masonry around our deck supports. Some of the masonry cracked as it settled and Outdoor Lifestyles were extremely helpful about sending a crew back out to patch it. My wife and I subsequently hosted our wedding in our newly-landscaped back yard. :)

The pillars for our private road turned out great. The team exceeded our expectations and recommended steps to make sure the foundations were rock solid and would last for years to come. Highly recommended!

Brandon and Walker were excellent to work with throughout the entire process. I had a small, challenging space in my 1906 city home and they knocked it out of the park both aesthetically and functionally. We can finally enjoy our outdoor space like we’ve always envisioned.

We had the most amazing experience with Outdoor Lifestyles! From the design phase with Jon that incorporated everything we wanted to working within our budget, to the final product we couldn't be any more pleased! Omar and his crew showed up everyday on time, cleaned the property at all stages to kept the project orderly, worked with us on design changes as we went along, and were just so pleasant to work with! They finished the project three weeks ahead of schedule and right on budget and we LOVE our new backyard!

Outdoor Lifestyles was the right choice for us for a large scale residential project around a new pool and outdoor pool structure. Great imagination and attention to detail. We had Dino as our project manager, truly amazing in every way. The planting part is really nothing short of perfect and spectacular. There is a little touch up to be done on the cement work, but everything generally has exceeded our expectations, our result is beautiful and we cannot be more happy with the result. Compared to other landscaping companies we have worked with these guys are the best.

I’m not sure if our deck and patio project was too big for them or if they are just so busy that they didn’t care, but the communication with their sales team was very poor and inconsistent. When I first booked a consult they said an initial cost estimate was included in the free consultation. Well that story changed back and forth about 3 times over the course of 2 weeks (despite all 3 other companies I contacted being able to provide a rough estimate). Very frustrating service. I will also add that the initial consult was extremely lackluster in comparison to the 3 others we did with other companies. Almost zero info or detail was provided which made it feel more like a brief meet and greet. If you are looking for a deck project, find another company.

Local Arvada residential homeowner, I contacted Alpha & Omega Landscapers to review a project and provide me with a quote.
Chad Gaston reviewed the project with an onsite visit and was very attentive regarding the details I provided for the multiple items I identified. He also provided me with a few varied approaches and design for an improved project plan. He provided an initial quote in a timely manner and came by a second time to review with me.
At this time, I now have the cost information for the project pricing and can plan the timing to move forward in the near future.
Great experience and I plan on contracting with Alpha & Omega Landscapers for my needs.

Called twice for a appointment for a quote. Office staff said they will reach out to whoever and they will contact me. This is now the following week, still no response. Very unacceptable!!

Initial contact was great. However, they did not follow up, not responding to voicemail, or texts. Totally unacceptable.

I called 3 weeks ago for an estimate. Haven't heard anything back. Followed up twice 2 and 3 weeks after the initial call. Was told it was unusual that I hadn't been contacted, but they wouldn't provide any additional info. Cannot recommend them as I cannot even get a call back about the work I'd like to have them do.

Don’t even waste your time. They are so unprofessional and do not call back, meanwhile you wait for them because you already went through everything with them then you get no call back, no text back, and no email back. I have never come across such a badly run business.

Wow, these guys are great. Chad and his crew are very professional and detail-oriented. We have had our entire front yard xeriscaped, as well as a new driveway, walkway, and porch replaced. They are just finishing up our back yard with replacing ground cover, new sod, timber borders, and new rock. The front yard was planned in February, work done in May due to the current C-19 situation. The back was planned in August, completed now.
Costs were very reasonable and laid out in a detailed quote and blueprint. These guys were on-time, on budget, and pleasant to work with every step of the way. Highly recommended.

Alpha & Omega Landscapers replaced and extended our driveway. We received seven bids but after having met Chad we all felt the most comfortable with this company. Their craftsmanship, hard work and costumer service went beyond our expectations. Chad took his time explaining the process, was very friendly and spoke about the crew like they were family. We are beyond happy with their work and they even allowed our boys to watch the demolition and creation of our new driveway (but not until they wore safety glasses and ear protection). Its rare to find a company that cares so much!
