Paving Contractor reviews in Arvada, Colorado

Jennalee and her team were amazing to work with start to finish. Jennalee very detail oriented and makes sure the slightest adjustments, change orders, etc. are accommodated for. Her team is diligent and finishes on time. You can always tell how good a company is by how well they clean up after themselves. It was almost like they were never here when they were done cleaning...immaculate! I highly recommend this company! My pavers and bench look awesome and I love the 10yr warranty as well!

Mike did a great job of explaining the project, options, timing, and estimate in our initial meeting. He was interested in how I wanted the spaces (front and back patios) to look and function and provided insightful guidance to help me understand all of the options to achieve my desired outcome. AMK was able to start my project a week early and they finished within the estimated project time. The on-site team led by Alberto was efficient and professional. The process was dustier and dirtier than I had imagined and the team took great care in cleaning up each day and minimizing how much the work on my side of a duplex spilled over to my neighbor's side. I would definitely work with the AMK team again and have already recommended them to a few friends.

We had a great experience using AMK Hardscapes. After meeting with four other contractors, we weren't happy with their proposals/pricing, but as soon as we met with Mike that changed. He was very informative when discussing our plans with him and how they would approach the project. We ended up tearing out a concrete patio and installing a new paver patio, staircase and fire pit with gas line in the backyard. The end product looked better than we had envisioned. Mike's team led by Alberto were very professional, quick to make any adjustments we wanted as they came up, and overall did an amazing job. They were able to start the project sooner than planned, and we were very pleased with all aspects of it. They kept the area well clean, and by the end had done an amazing job cleaning up everything. Would highly recommend this company, and we hope to use them again in the future for any other projects.

We can’t say enough good things about AMK Hardscapes! Mike was awesome to work with, the price was fair, and the quality of work was beyond our expectations. The crew showed up on time and finished the job before the date promised. They were friendly, hardworking and cleaned up after themselves. Our job was a difficult one, some of the other contractors didn’t even get back with us, or didn’t follow up at all. Mike was the most personable and professional and the work was A++. We would give more stars if we could. Thanks Mike and AMK Hardscapes for being such a great company to work with. We will use you again for more projects!!

Mike and his Team were amazing! I highly recommend AMK! They have done three projects for me now over the last 10 years. The most recent job is beautiful backyard pavers/retaining wall with a hard piped gas fire pit! They do amazing work, are very price competitive and are always on schedule. Strongly recommend them!

Spectacular service and beautiful work! Mike was great to work with on our project. He was honest and responsive, super nice, and a funny guy. He’s exactly the type of guy you want to work with. His crew were equally nice, worked hard, we’re extremely fast and great to work with. The finished product was exactly what we wanted. We’re going to have a lot of fun on our new patio! I would absolutely recommend AMK to anyone!

Mike and his team were amazing. I have used them several times for repairs on an existing paver patio and they installed a new front walkway which is gorgeous!! I will not use anyone else ever again. Hands down the best!

Mike and Jenalee were phenomenal to work with from start to finish. Both honest, direct and genuine who take pride in providing the best service possible. The crew was professional, respectful, moved quickly and super clean. They even went above and beyond the scope of work to ensure that it was safe for my three children to play outside and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that. I would highly encourage anyone to consider AMK Hardscapes for your next project. Mike and Jenalee ensured perfection and I’m thankful I found them! They do the right thing, no matter what and that’s hard to find today! 🙏

I wanted to write and express how pleased I was with AMK Hardscapes and the quality work they did for my backyard project. We had a full backyard renovation project going to include a gabled overhang, landscaping, and of course pavers. AMK was extremely accommodating with my schedule given the project priorities and dependencies. When they did show up, the crew was extremely professional and took extreme pride in their work. They even assisted with trouble shooting some drainage issues and went above and beyond to ensure the final product was pristine. Overall, we are so very pleased with the end result and will use the finished product for years to come. Thanks again for the great product!

Jennalee came out this past winter and helped us design a patio in the back yard. We went with Amk Hardscapes and are very please with how everything turned out. It’s very open like we were hoping. I really appreciated all the communication before the patio was built and since it’s been built. Crew was very hardworking and the leader knew what he was doing. The 10 year warranty is what really locked it in for us. So far the patio is been perfect! But it’s nice to have assurance that they will fix it if we have an issue. I would absolutely recommend this company!

We recently used amk for a paver driveway. I appreciate Jennalee for all her expertise in design and color options.

Mike and his crew came in took out my cracked concrete driveway and completed this job in 5days. His crew was very professional and I would highly recommend AMK Hardscapes for your Brick paving job.

They are fantastic! My new turf turned out beautiful and the dogs love it. I will be using them for my papers in the summer.

Great craftsmanship. Excellent communication and timely. Would recommend AMK to anyone who is looking For the absolute best Hardscape in the Denver area. Again, extremely happy with my patio, excellent craftsmanship and engineering. Five stars.

I was very pleased with them. The crew was excellent. We had a small hiccup and they immediately addressed it and I was very happy with their solution. They cleaned up very well and were reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again.

We used AMK on a previous project (patio, walkway and driveway) and it turned out real nice. We recently took down a large tree next to the driveway which gave us more room for a parking space. We called AMK and asked if they could do the rest of that space with the same pavers so that it would blend in with the driveway. We also asked if they could complete it by the end of September even though they were booked up for a couple months. They were able to fit us in and got the job done within a week of calling them. They are all great to work with. Jennalee is very knowledgeable and responds immediately to any inquiries. And the owner Mike always stops by to check up on the job and answer any questions you make have. Great people to work with.

Great work!! Jennalee was so easy to work with and the team did a great job with the haul away, the new patio, and the new pathway. They incorporated an older area into the new patio beautifully as well. We’re very pleased!!

Mike was awesome to work with! The crew was tight knit, polite and worked to fulfill my every request (and I am picky). Quality work , punctual and the best value in town (I got 3 other quotes). Thank you!

I have worked with AMK twice now and if I needed a third project done, I would use them again. Quality work and timely completion of jobs. AMK hires good people who care about making the customer happy in the end. Thanks AMK!

I would definitely recommend amk hard-scapes, they just finished my patio and we love it! The crew and Jen were fantastic

We had good luck finding amk after a Contractor we hired never showed up to do the job. Jennalee was amazing and made us feel confident in moving forward with them. The crew was on time, made the patio as we wanted and did an excellent clean up after. They even put new grass in along the edges! Highly recommend them for paver patios.
