We were having issues with the sewer backing up in the basement and after renting a roto-rooter and cleaning up the carnage on Sunday, Wednesday morning (after my husband left to go out of town)... it backed up again.  First time I've called a plumber and I've been driving by Plumb Pros office for years and I prefer to support small business so I thought I'd give them a shot.  I was able to schedule a service call that afternoon and Gage was able to get here earlier than expected.  Gage was knowledgeable, pleasant, professional, communicative and respectful of my home and the security of my Dogs.  We went over multiple options for more permanent fixes and my husband and I were pleased with the quotes.  Plumbing is pretty much the only trade we are missing from our construction circle so I am grateful to have found a company that obviously has my back.

The situation gave us a bid and got the job done in the same day he had\n Another technician come out named Oscar came out and helped him out a lot. We really trust the company, plum pros and we plan on doing business with them in the future.
