I love these guys. I’ve used them multiple times. However, recently I asked them to come in and it has been over a week since I requested them but they have not shown up. That is why I gave them a four star. Otherwise they are great.

First, I would like to say they have courteous employees, they were nice and did a professional finishing job, that is the 1 star they get. Regarding the invoice which included going to the store to get materials as "labor", is unprofessional and wrong. They originally charged me 4 hours to go get materials for a small job (2 hours for 2 people). It is not common practice to charge for "getting materials". According to contractors, you bid the job for labor and materials, not acquiring the materials. I am very unhappy with the way they handled the billing/invoice process. I emailed the company with my complaints and they said they would "make a 1 time adjustment for my confusion". I will not refer to Another Plumbing Company as long as their unethical billing practice continue.

The 5-star rating for Corey & Sons Plumbers is well deserved. We faced the worst plumbing issue since moving into our Arvada home. When the washing machine drained, water started backing up into the nearby shower and bubbling in the toilet. In the guest bathroom on the other side of the house, water even flowed out from the tub drain and under the toilet, flooding the floor and leaving us with a big mess and extra laundry. After a couple of phone calls, I finally reached someone who pointed me to the right professionals for a serious main line blockage. I couldn’t have asked for a better recommendation. Brayden showed up faster than we expected, listened carefully as I explained the issue, checked all the problem spots, and explained what was likely causing the trouble—which turned out to be exactly right. Brayden worked hard, clearing out the lines from several access points, and we could see everything improving right away. We even gave him a drawing of our home’s plumbing layout, which helped him spot where future issues might happen because of the old, messy pipework from a past addition. We all agreed it was best to fix it properly. A two-person crew returned and did the necessary cutting and capping, then rerouted the pipes so everything now runs smoothly to a bigger, central drain. They made sure to test everything thoroughly and even used a camera to show us their work inside the pipes, explaining what was done and giving tips on how to prevent similar problems in the future. We also decided to have a more accessible cleanout installed for easy maintenance.
