ABS fittings and pipe prices are more than double than home depot or lowes, very deceptive. This is suppose to be wholesale, more like price gouging!

Great store have all kinds of stuff the home depot doesnt carry! Great customer service.

The employees are super knowledgeable and wonderfully friendly so even if you don't know much about plumbing yourself this is still a wonderful place to go 😊

I get a small family owned company vibe when I get to do business here. Very knowledgeable and honest, and they even got a wise cracking old dude who never fails to make me chuckle lol

Was referred to go here by lowes guy, and made the trip after home depot didn't have what I needed. Guy behind counter was unhelpful, short, and unwilling to help. Simply referred me to another plumbing supply store that was permanently closed which was another wasted trip.

Owner is unhelpful and rude. Usually I like old school establishments but this one has all the charm of wet mop forced to clean the elephant cage and the prices are especially inflated. Found the part on Amazon I suggest you do the same.

Not sure who the owner is, but he's an older guy who is extremely rude. He has been to me multiple times and a few other guys I work with. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you wanna be talked down to.

Walked in and stood at the counter for several minutes while two employee who were shuffling through papers and products completely ignored me. No acknowledgement or “we’ll be right with you”. Finally I asked if someone could help me. One of them finally looked up and gave me a stare like he was annoyed (still said nothing). The other finally said “sure”, but it became clear after explaining what I needed that he didn’t want to help me so I left.

They did not have the part I needed, but they did send me to Park supply which did have the older cartridge I needed. At least they care enough to help put you in the right direction. They do have the plumbing supplies I need most of the time.

I'll tell you I've had a hell of a run the last couple days . But when my raptor t handle snaped they threw me down right away and tossed me a new one. I'm speechless. I appreciate it. I will shop here again.

Do not use this store! They can’t even get a refund right! It’s been a week and I have not gotten my refund on the part I bought and returned on the same day. Pretty Much lied without even swiping my credit card to return my money with a bogus receipt of no indication of refunding me and lies of how it’s need to go through a process of going back to the warehouse before refund can happened.

First the big box stores and Ace didn't carry parts for this specific brand of hosebib. After reviewing this locations website, I confirmed they carried the part I needed. After driving several miles to get there, I was immediately told by the clerk, they dont carry that brand. I was referred elsewhere. After getting back on line, I confirmed I wasn't crazy, they listed several, 20-50 items, from the manufacturer. Huh? Total waste of my time!

Waste of time. Rude employees. Never will I even think about going to this store again. Went in to get mounting bolts for a bidet and was told that they don't sell that and to go to the bidet manufacturer. Asked them to see what they may have in case something might work. Again said no. Asked them 1 last time as I'm trying to see other alternatives to the bolts and was told once again that they didn't have it. Never offered to help and basically just kicked me out the door. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Pretty much the same as every other bad review. Older guy who is the owner or manager was extremely rude. Other employees were not much better. Reading these reviews multiple people have commented on the older owner, yet he still continues to be rude to the public. Ferguson arvada has not fixed this problem. Also prices are double home depot prices. In 6 years as a plumber never had such a bad experience at a supply company. Will not be doing business at this location.

These guys are great to work with and help out right away. Made sure I didn't forget any parts I needed, and took care of me when I ran into an issue. If you need a new water heater, grab what you need here. Thanks Dave and Bob!
