We have used Elaborate Tree twice now, most recently when a 30' Blue Spruce was uprooted and fell into our deck. Chad and his team executed an extremely technical removal to perfection with no further property damage! These guys are professional, prompt, courteous, and masterful in their trade!

Chad came out and provided a very reasonable estimate on two of our trees. He was very detail oriented as he walked us through exactly what work he was planning to do as well as providing us with helpful owner tips on tree maintenance.

Chad and his crew arrived on the day scheduled and immediately went to work and did a great job on our white ash tree. It looks amazing. They cleaned up as if nobody had been there.

Chad was excellent. His pricing was fair, highly competitive, and the work was done quickly. If we had more trees, we would call him to take care of them in whatever way was needed. The tree he removed for us was diseased, unfortunately, but he and his crew did an amazing job. He was friendly and straightforward with pricing. We needed a few larger trees trimmed at our house and we wanted to hire an owner/operator. Chad, the owner, came out to give us an estimate. He showed up exactly when he said he would, gave us a nice and thorough explanation of what he thought the trees needed, and provided us with a detailed and fair written estimate the next day. What I took from that conversation is that he really love trees! Which I think is important for this line of work.

On tree trim day, Chad, again, showed up exactly when he said he would, took care to set up a safety zone on the street, and got to work trimming. Everything ran smoothly and there were no surprises. We were very impressed and would certainly hire him again and recommend him to friends and family.

I needed a 35 ft flowering pear tree in my backyard that was causing problems with pipes along my fence line removed. Chad gave great advice and a very competitive and fair bid.
He and his crew came and felled the tree without damaging anything in my yard. They moved quickly to clear the tree and clean my yard thoroughly as the work progressed.
I would highly recommend chad for your tree removal needs. He was highly professional and safety conscious!

Don't call them. They gave me the run around said that they will stop by for about 2 weeks. Never came.

If you are busy, that is fine, but be honest and don't wast my time

Said they'd come estimate within two weeks, but wouldn't allow appointments, so they could just stop by at any time which is unprofessional. Also, 3 weeks later, they never showed up or provided an estimate.

Beware, Be Very Careful The Owner Mr. Don Wessels promised to fix the accident that his employee, due to lack of caution, hit me and it happened 2 days ago and he is only hiding from me and my husband, they are people who cannot be trusted. Can't say if they do good work. Never got an estimate. Kept saying they would come out in the next day or two and would never show up, despite multiple phone calls asking when they would be coming out.

Prompt in their response to our needs. Called on Friday and had someone here to assess our situation by Tuesday. Got a reasonable estimate and timeframe for work. Also provided an education on my trees which was awesome. I’ll update as needed once we get service!
