I will never use another electrician! From the site visit for the estimate to the actual day of electrical work, everyone was so courteous and professional. A job very well done!

Flowers electric put in three heaters on our back porch. They bid the job and started the work in the same week. They were on time everyday and worked outside in negative temperatures. The heaters work perfectly. I will definitely use them again.

We purchased an Electric Vehicle on Friday night. I called and requested a quote for installing the charger on Friday afternoon. The owner was at the house Saturday at 1:00 to give the quotation. It is Tuesday afternoon and the entire job is done. This is great turn around time and outstanding customer service. Thank you to Joseph’s team for knocking this job out quickly and efficiently.

Although they said they couldn’t finish the job because they needed a different circuit breaker and would have to order it, Joseph found one locally and delivered it and installed it himself to complete the job on time. Joseph came out to assess our existing hot tub wiring on Saturday afternoon. Showed me the specific problems and code violations. Took time to explain the issues and the solution. Had two guys out Monday afternoon and they finished up Tuesday lunch time. The new conduit and wiring is neat and tidy. The guys filled the hot tub and got everything working. They did a fantastic job. They were at our house within an hour of calling.
However, I was disappointed they did not offer any discounted rate. We had tried to install a light ourselves and ended up needing to call in for their help as I couldn’t hold the light and properly connect the wiring solo. Essentially I held the light fixture while he did the wiring. We were charged weekend rate. I wish they were more flexible on this part, Just didn’t feel the payment reflected the work done. It is what it is, will definitely use them again though, I just won’t do 90% of the work first, haha!

We just bought this house that was built in the 80’s and had a weird short that kinda freaked us out. We called Flowers Electric and Joseph showed up less than an hour later. He diagnosed the problem, repaired it, and came out early the next day to update then wiring that the fools who flipped the house before us jacked up. He showed me every issue he found and did a thorough job repairing it all. We can sleep at night now knowing that our family isn’t going die in a house fire.

My husband and I did a full scale remodel of our house, and our experience with Joseph Flowers was the worst part. Joseph came over to give us a quote and took 5 calls with in the span of the 30 minutes he was at our house. Once we walked him through the house, he continued to shame and belittle us, making us afraid to be in our own house. We had no electrical issues, we were just updating what we have. We then asked for a quote and he said, "there is no way I could know." We asked him for a ballpark and he said he didn't know that either but they would work as fast as they could. After this uncomfortable situation, we politely let him know that we did not think that he was a fit for our project. Out of retaliation, he called the city in attempt to get us into trouble, even though we were doing everything by the book. We write this a year later in hopes that noone else has to live our hell of an experience with Flowers Electric.

Hired them to do wiring for a hot tub and to add a plug in my basement. GREAT WORK! On time, excellent quality, excellent communication. I will definitely hire them again for anything electrical!

Showed up to troubleshoot an insane issue in my old home. Dead outlets, lights not working. Other electrician wanted to do extensive attic work to find the issue let alone fix it.

Brian and Carlos showed up, did some head scratching and two hours later found the issue stemming from an entry-way outlet! Totally blew me away. I was prepping my "thanks but no thanks" speech if they told me to replace the panel or something. Ended up fixing it on the spot.

100% happy customer here. Will call on them in the future. Met the owner Joseph as well who came over to check on progress and help. Everyone was extremely polite and professional.

Excellent work! Joseph and his team were very professional, thoroughly executed the work, left the house looking great and did so at a reasonable price.

Had them run two 240V lines that drove the need for sub-box. Joseph walked us through the needed change, ensured we future proofed it for anything later and did the estimate on the stop. I would certainly use them again!

Joseph was fantastic. He was the only electrician willing to come out on a Friday night to troubleshoot my business's fob entry system after our usual tech support team closed for the night. I contacted the company through Google and he was on site within 90 minutes. While he was not familiar with the type of system we use, he helped me troubleshoot all of the different components until we could narrow the symptoms down to the root cause. I can't say enough good things about Joseph; he was very professional, courteous, and helpful. He offered smart solutions, even when the system was technically outside of his realm of experience, which is a testament to his expertise and ability to learn quickly.
