Jeremiah is a good communicator and great electrician. Installed an inlet for us in case of power loss so we could run a generator. Friendly in answering all questions I had in proper operation of my main panel and generator connection.

We were so fortunate to come across JJ Electric in our search for an electrician after we failed to install ceiling fans ourselves. When I initially reached out to Jeremiah, he responded in less than 20 minutes, and we had an appointment scheduled for two days in the future within the hour. He showed up on time and did a tremendous job. He is also considerate; our home is a new build, and he brought shoe covers when walking on the carpet to prevent it from getting dirty, which was a small, but important, gesture. Our house feels much more like a home now with our ceiling fans installed. He also cleaned up after his work, and left our rooms spotless. Others should not hesitate to book or request his top-quality services!

Jeremiah did a great job installing my ceiling fan. He was very curteous, punctual and did a great job of cleaning up. I would certainly hire Jeremiah for any additional electrical work we need to have done.

I had a very disappointing experience with JJ Electric. I scheduled an appointment for a quote and was told he would arrive in 45 minutes. Instead, he showed up earlier without notice. When I wasn’t able to answer the door immediately (since I wasn’t expecting him yet), the electrician was extremely rude and impatient. Rather than being understanding about the miscommunication, he made it clear he didn’t want to wait and was unprofessional in his demeanor. Based on this first impression, I would not recommend JJ Electric to anyone looking for reliable or respectful service.

If I could give more stars, I would. I called JJ Electric after two other electricians bailed on me. When I called, Jeremiah said he was on the road and could come right over. Wow, of course I said yes. I then got a text from him saying he was going to get gas and would be a little late. Who does that! Someone who cares, is honest and has integrity. Plus, he is affordable. Please don’t hesitate and call JJ Electric for your electricial needs. Thank you for the great customer service Jeremiah!

Jeremiah was prompt and personal. He did a great job. He checked a ceiling light that has been temperamental and discussed what could cause the problem and offered options. He was also very good about explaining what options I have on some additional work I would like done in the future.
