They should have waited a couple months to open because the people here are so untrained their incompetent there is a girl at the front desk that could not tell a wire nut from a junction box. It's just too frustrating to even attempt to go there. I would describe it as useless because it only takes your time and patience and produces nothing they either need severe training for that unemployment line

Would highly NOT recommend. The fix I needed is relatively simple. All outlets in my house but one are getting power. All things to check checked, so obviously it’s a burnt out outlet. Electrical stuff is not a strength of mine so even though I know this can be a DIY fix it’s not one I wanna risk getting wrong.

Initial contact with this company was good. They told me upfront what the cost should be so long as it was the issue I thought it was. They got me on the books for the same week.

The electrician showed up in about the window they said they would. After only a few minutes of what felt like a very quick check, he claimed he needed more people to assess. Wasn’t really willing to check all that much to determine that. Asked me if we had a GFCI in the garage- turns out we did but dude, why don’t you go check? I’ve had to have outlets replaced before and it was a one person job and took 45 ish minutes (if even) so this guy showing up and needing more guys after like 15 minutes here (again, with one problematic outlet) was absurd. But went with it. This was on a Friday and he was to come on the coming Monday.

Fast forward to Monday- never heard a word. Multiple days go by- still not word. So I finally reach out and am told there was an emergency and that they could come out the next Monday…. Ok- works for me. Things happen. We had a visit scheduled for 9 am today (Monday)

I waited an hour and a half with not communication. Texted twice- no communication. Finally I found a number for the company office. Nobody answered the first two times I called AND the voicemail box was full. Called a third time and someone answered the phone and told me they would check on the situation.

Almost 3 hours later I finally get a message from the tech who was supposed to come saying they had another emergency and couldn’t come and wanted to see if I could reschedule. It’s already hard enough to get it to fit into my work week as I told the guy the first time he showed up. So I am not going to keep waiting on something that’s extremely routine. This company seems to struggle greatly with planning and execution. Their pricing seems great- but take it from me- they are unreliable and may not be worth the pricing to deal with them.
