Yanni came to our house and corrected issues a previous electrician had goofed up. He was very professional and did the job right. Everything has worked perfectly since he was there. 100% recommend!

I started installing a bathroom exhaust fan in November and got most of the work done, but had difficulty completing the wiring. I broke down and finally decided to call an electrician. Most of them had a waiting time of several weeks. Then I called Yanni. He too had a waiting time of a couple of weeks. I was frustrated and needed this job done before Christmas. After pleading my case to Yanni, he agreed to come by that afternoon to diagnose the problem as he had an errand not too far away from me. He was actually able to diagnose and fix the problem that afternoon! Price was reasonable too. Great service and I plan on keeping his name for all my future electrical issues.

Yanni came out Sunday morning to install a dedicated circuit for a freezer. He recommended a low cost option and completed the work very efficiently. He also replaced a GFCI plug-in that has been a problem-child. Again, quick and reasonable. Yanni also gave us several reasonable estimates on additional electrical work we'd like done. Again, he provided recommendations on low cost solutions. Excellent!

Bottomline: Reasonable rates, quality work, nice person.

Yanni installed new doorbell camera and replaced transformer and chime. Day before he stopped by for free quotes and detail explanation what he was going to do.
He was on time, worked very professional and was very friendly. I’d strongly recommend him as a good electrician.

Very happy with Yanni! He finished my basement addition and added 3 bedroom lights in 1 day. Work is top notch! Very reasonable with the price for the project (I got 3 quotes) I have already recommended him to friends and family.

Yanni electric installed an outlet in my attic this morning and he was amazing. I had 7 quotes, he came in under every other electrician and he put a gfci outlet in my attic. I had a few electricians tell me they could put a regular outlet (which is against code) for more than Yanni charged for a gfci. Yanni definitely knows his stuff and I will use him for any electrical work going forward.

This is the second time I have used Yanni. He is a honest, great to work with, doesn't cut corners and fairly priced. He will put his 2 cents in your project and point out things you didn't think off. Would recommend him to anyone and will definitely use him for future projects.

I learned about Yanni Electric from one of the neighborhood aps. When I called, he answered the phone and agreed to come over to review the work I wanted done. Yanni was responsive, knowledgeable and his prices are very reasonable. I found them better than the other estimates I received. He completed the installation of the additional dedicated outlet in the storage area and even went above and beyond by attaching a surge protector to the wall. He is pleasant and professional. I highly recommend him.

Yanni did a great job of running three new 20 amp circuits for my basement remodel. He was responsive and on time. Did a quality job at made sure I understood how everything worked. He followed the electric code guidelines and cleaned up after this work. Great value and quality!

Yanni is by far the best electrician I have ever used. Being a real estate owner myself he is a very good contact to have. Yanni has performed several electrical services at a property I own including replacing an electrical panel, installing a grounding rod, inspecting all electrical outlets/services, and installing new track lighting in kitchen. Yanni always provides his clients with the most economical solutions to their problems and never tries to upsell you. He is extremely honest, efficient, provides excellent service, and is extremely intelligent in his trade.

Yanni is a first class guy. I have asked his advice and a quote to do work I thought was required. He gave me a reasonable quote but then said to really confirm if it was required by the building inspector. It turned out it was not required so Yanni saved me a lot of unecessary work and money. When he has done small jobs, he was prompt, easy to work with, reasonably priced. I'd recommend him for any electrical work.

Yanni is a very polite gentleman with a strong commitment towards his work. He arrived at my address right on time and started working on it right away. Great experience working with Yanni - very helpful with everything before the work even started, pointing out a few things I hadn't thought of - I think he knew what I wanted better than I did! When it came time to do the work, he and his crew were professional, quick, did great work, and were not too annoyed when I wanted to watch :-) (just to get an idea of what my house is like under the hood). I haven't needed him for anything since then, but I really feel like he has my back if something does come up!
