Way over priced, quoted me almost 5,000 without movers for a studio move across country. It can be done cheaper.

$5,000 for a studio cross country move... even with the minimal discount to keep you on the phone it's not even close to a competitive price. Yikes

The movers from Zippy Shell were careful and cautious when navigating narrow hallways and doorways. They took extra care to prevent any damage to my home.

Jerome the driver was incredible! This was a tough pick up because we had utility and electrical wires that we had to hold up while he backed in. Great sense of humor and really nice guy. Thank you Jerome for everything.

This company is horrible. I ordered a trailer to be delivered last Monday. It never showed up and the corporate number is all that is provided. They cannot access local orders. They have given me 3 different phone numbers to try. 2 were disconnected and the third one no one answers. When he does answer he gives conflicting information. I just want to cancel my order and there is no way to do it. Do not use this company!

Thick black dust and silver speckles on all our items when we got them out of the pod. Major pain to clean - would have been better off not getting a pod and buying all new stuff instead. Movers wouldn’t wear shoe coverings of any kind (including provided booties) to keep our carpets clean. Several items were dinged and dented.

All went smoothly from ordering, container delivery, packing and removal of containers. Todd was polite and competent when delivering and removed containers.

We talked about where to place the pod and due to tree limb it was not a good place.
We came up with another place on the driveway that did not interfere with the rest of my vehicles and bikes …

The worst moving experience. Did not lock my container despite me asking several times. Have reached out to the company many times and still haven't been contacted by a manager. I will be getting my money back since they broke our contract and refused to rectify the matter at any stage of the move

DO NOT USE. Military/DOD you have been warned. We thought we'd save a few bucks by using zippy shell/pack rat. They destroyed and even lost items. $1500+ They refused to pay back after making us wait for their decision. According to the email they sent back after making a claim, my bicycles' handlebars bent themselves, my bed up and left the container, and various other items committed furniture suicide apparently. Their "investigation" determined all my property damage was due to bad packing. SUPER FRIENDLY customer service when booking. Then ghosted when they destroy your property. Pay the extra few bucks and go with the "name brand" movers. Save yourself the headache. Absolute joke and they should be investigated for fraud. Be warned- your stuff actually goes in a CAGE inside the container. Said cage is removed at their hubs and your property is treated like trash. Not even remotely worth the $300 I thought I was saving by not using the "other" company.

We moved from Seattle to Denver, they accidentally shipped our stuff to North Carolina and we didn’t get our stuff over a week past when we were supposed to actually get it. They refunded 25 dollars a day…. We timed our move with the schedule so we would have only been a couple of days without our stuff and had they not messed up it would have been fine. But I’m sorry 25/day for being 1 1/2 weeks late is a rip off and horrible policy. We had make new purchases for basic necessities. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Zippy had great response when they needed money.. But after they took our stuff horrible communication. Our stuff got to Colorado a lot sooner than planned, but instead of calling to let us know, they just sat on it for over a week.. Our expected delivery was on Monday. We called on Friday to see when it would be there. And they pushed it out another week because they didn't have anyone to deliver. However, if they would have called when our staff got here, we could have gotten our stuff before it was a week and a 1/2 late. Spent over $7000. They said they would give us a $200 credit. 2 weeks later, still haven't received it.

Moved from CO to GA and everything arrived on time. Would recommend if needing a budget friendly move!
