Also bought a living social coupon. Was able to schedule the service, but then would not accept the coupon. Threatened legal action if I did not pay the invoice, which I tried to pay several times via email. I finally asked (after getting no response three times) for an invoice that I could pay online via paypal or similar. Never heard anything back. Really unfair that I was already out the money for the living social deal and then the additional for the non discounted cleaning. Also, a little strange that the address for the company changes.

Great service! Above and beyond. I bought a Living Social coupon and the owner was courteous and did a great job on my carpet, got the stains out and was very pleasant. I will definitely use them again.

Did a great job our movers were late and I was pleased that he worked around them to get it done rather than complain and reschedule. If I ever need another carpet cleaning I'll schedule cleaning beyond carpet for excellent service. As a roofing contractor I see the good bad and the ugliest but I give this Shop a Ten out of Ten

Cleaning Beyond Carpet was FANTASTIC. They did both a move-in and move-out clean for me, one of which was scheduled within the week. Their work was outstanding, Jermaine was incredibly kind and professional, and most of all, my landlord was impressed with the results. I will absolutely seek them out for cleaning services in the future. Highly, highly recommend!

I called this company a couple months ago about some cleaning for the following week because I was moving, and had to leave a voice mail. They never bothered to return my call. Unprofessional.

I really like that they text me the day before to remind me of the cleaning and to let me know what time frame to expect the crew. It is very helpful.

Move-out Deep Cleaning of VACANT house (no furniture of any kind). Two-storey, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home. Approximately 1900 square feet.

Alex and his crew arrived first thing in the morning and used the key in the lock box to enter. We arrived at approximately 11:30 AM and the crew was nearly done. The house was beautifully cleaned: inside drawers and cabinets; counter-tops and back-splashes; inside and outside of appliances; two refrigerator-freezers; oven; microwave; sinks; tubs and showers; faucets; mirrors; toilets; baseboards; window sills; 3 large blinds; swept floors in basement; dusted all edges including removing cobwebs along ceilings and walls; cleaned all floors ~ swept and washed hard floors and vacuumed carpeted floors; fireplace ~ vacuumed/swept out (We did not use the fireplace, so there was no ash or soot. The wood was stacked for decoration only.)

The team of Maryann, Telma and Felicia at Home Cleaning Centers of Aurora Colorado is fabulous. They are friendly, conscientious and respectful and they do a great job.

I have had a very good experience with this cleaning service. They show up, they are very thorough and I'm pleased with what they clean. This week I had Felicitas, Rocio, and Alma. Be sure and ask for them as they are great.

Little things are being missed like cleaning the kitchen island and back counter area. They look clean, but if you feel the counter, there is sticky stuff this on the counters.

Have used there services for 20+ years. They are always responsive, communication is excellent, they have been very flexible with me over the years meeting the needs of our family. I tend to be a tad OCD about my home and they get it done.

Loved their cleaning service. House always smelled fresh. Unfortunately they're cleaners treated you like a child inside your own home and the price they quoted was not what they charge. It was super unfortunate that we had to part ways.
