I just watched this douchebag in van #4 haul ass throught the Landon Park Apartments at least 35 mph right past 4 kids that were playing on a corner to get to building A. You lost my business before you ever had it.

They service our apartments The Fletcher Southlands and they do a great job so far. new vendor that we were trying out and seems to be going well so far for the past 6-10 months.

This is the worst carpet cleaning company I have ever used. They texted me at 3pm to say my window for their arrival was going to be 430-630. At 630 I texted asking if they were coming . Nobody replied. I called them at 7pm, nobody answered and mail box was full. Called and texted again at 730pm nobody replied, nobody answered. Please save yourself some time, don’t ever use this company.

So when a company gets a review and it is about how they drove their vehicle or they did not show up on time that does NOT tell me how well they cleaned the carpets! I am NOT having them drive around my living room at 2 am, I simply want to know how well do they clean your carpet!!??

My apartment complex uses this vendor and I was pleased with the cleanliness of my carpet. But more importantly, while this may be an ordinary carpet cleaning company, it has extraordinary ownership. It is impossible to control the acts of each individual employee that works for you. So when there was 1 bad actor working here, and did something terrible (unrelated to the quality of work), the owners made it right and then some. They went above and beyond and truly do care about their customers.

I found Rami online for a listing I have coming up. We needed someone asap to come out and clean the windows before putting the house on the market. Rami was quick, responsive, and did a great job on making my client’s windows look new again. I would definitely use Rami again.

Alex did an excellent job!! He was very thorough and kind! It was super helpful to have him come do the difficult and a little dangerous job of cleaning our upper story windows! Right when he was packing up to leave and we had already paid we noticed that he missed one room of windows, he rushed back and finished them up! We appreciated your hard work!! Randy and Alex did an awesome job of cleaning windows inside and out. The also did a last minute dryer vent clean... so glad I had them do it as the vent was partially plugged. The windows have not looked this great in some time. The gentlemen were friendly, respectful of property, worked cleanly and efficiently. I will definitely use there services again in the future.

Alex and Randy were highly communicative and quick to respond to any correspondence. They were flexible and accommodating with scheduling, prompt with invoicing and answered all of our questions. Our windows and screens look great - They are professionals through and through! Highly recommend them.

Marino Window Cleaning were prompt, wore appropriate virus safety masks and did an excellent job. We have been put on the twice yearly schedule so our windows will always be sparkling clean.

I’ve been using Marino Cleaning Services for years. They are the best. They do a fantastic job. My windows are always perfectly cleaned.
They are always on time and responsive nice recommended them to lots of people. And they are also thrilled with there work. I won’t use anyone else but Marino!

* Thursday July 18th: Scheduled full-house interior/exterior window cleaning + dryer vent cleaning for Monday August 5 (2 1/2 weeks out)
* Monday August 5th: Got text message "Yesterday my truck over heated...mechanic ran into some problems...could we switch your window cleaning?". Rescheduled for Saturday August 10th.
* Saturday August 10th: No one showed up. No response to 4 phone calls and 1 text message.
An astonishing lack of care for someone in a very competitive business.

I do not usually post reviews but if my recent experience can you help you avoid what I went through then I hope this helps. They are not BBB accredited and there is a reason. They arrived late and then said since there were clouds we could just give them gas money and they would come back later. We said no, we need the windows cleaned and we were fine with it. They then opened all the blinds and took all the screens out and moved around furniture to clean the inside of the windows. They broke the panes in the garage windows as well. It then started to sprinkle so they quit and said they could not (more like would not) finish and would come back the last day. They left and left the house a disaster with the blinds open, furniture moved, no screens and multiple drips across the floor and on windows. My husband went home early the next day to meet then and they did not show. When we called they said they would not be coming back that day and could not Make it back before the end of the week. This is where I ended it and told them to not come back. Best wishes if you choose to hire this company.
